My old man has been going there for 20 years back when they used to be in Santee. Now that im in charge of the pool this is the only place i go. They have great prices and they tell it to you straight whenever you have a question, no matter how many you have. They aren’t there to try to up-sell you and have some come out to your house for a hefty fine just to make a dollar. I like to do it myself and i appreciate the fact that they tell you how to do it yourself. If you cant do it then they are more then happy to send someone out to your pool. The guys are really cool and dont make you feel pressured to buy a whole bunch of junk you dont need to add to your pool.

I just want to say it is refreshing to speak with the owner as he is/was an actual pool service guy. This isn’t like Leslie’s where you can be a reptile salesman (true story) and then get a job there without any experience. The owner Wayne knows his stuff and took the time to hear out what I wanted to do. I am a new pool owner and was put off by the staff at Leslies so I tried Crystal Pool & Spa Service. I was not disappointed. Wayne took the time to explain everything to me. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and will be going back whenever I need something for my pool. The prices are great too. You will not be sorry.
