Never stepped foot in here (yet) … I called today at 6:03pm asking what time they closed and the lady who answered said 6pm but if I was close she would wait for me. I was really close by but I was just going to look around for some random nail polish so I didn’t want her to wait for me. But I thought it was so sincere and sweet of her to offer to wait, she kept insisting but I said declined as I can come back another day. Good customer service still exists!

Honestly, the selection was picked over and the service wasn’t that stellar. My card didn’t want to run, in spite of having ample, ample funds in my account. When I asked her if she’d mind running it again, she sighed and refused.
I got OPI Russian Na vy, which I love, so that saves it from 1 star.
