Greek Style Chicken

It looks like they erase my bad comment of this restaurant, the kitchen manager is always saying all kinds of bad works in Spanish watch out for he’s lenguage specially if you have kid’s with you. Just a ghetto restaurant

I love this place the food is always fast and good and I can always get a vegetable protein items and not feel bad about what I ate.

Seriously, I can not believe this place doesn’t have 5 stars. Their food is AMAZING! I’ve been a customer for probably ten years now and recently I have been a regular. I eat here about 3 times a week and it never disappoints. This is a must try if you haven’t already!

Best customer service by far! Brittany Vernon always personable with a smile on her face regardless how difficult or picky the customer!

I said no onion on my pitta and I ended up with hella onion on my shit!!!
Food was soooo nasty, not worth the money.

The tomatoes in the salad were almost white they were so unripe; the gyros meat was ok; the pita bread was stale; the tzatziki sauce was bland; & the fried zucchini were was soggy… Then it all came back up with a vengeance a few hours later!!!
Ugh. Do not even bother!

Used to be a better restaurant, today is awful. Talking to it’s rude manager was not a good idea at all.

I am disappointed my impetus to post was from a bad experience. I drove through and ordered a chicken dinner with salad a yogurt sauce i had to pay extra for and rice with 2 orders of baklava. I looked in my bag after I was on the road and noticed there was only one order of baklava. I immediately turned back, went through the drive thru again, and let the staff at the window know. In stead of providing an apology and the missing baklava, the girl took my receipt and left to investigate. After quite a wait I held the dinner line up, the girl came back insisting it was in the order. I apologized and said no it wasnt (shouldn’t i have just received the baklava and been sent happily on my way?) anyway, she then left me waiting again, and eventually a bald man in a checkered shirt Greg? came over and subjected me to the SVU detective treatment of insisting the baklava was there and suggesting i was wrong. I truly believe that he felt he was right, but he was not. I told him this, for goodness sake my order was 23 $ plus, why would I wait in line again to steal one baklava?! It was a terrible experience, he left me at the window like a fool, Id wasted my time waiting in line for a simple error that could EASILY have been corrected and left me a happy customer. there was no manager to speak to. It was unprofessional, exasperating and made me late for an appointment. I have enjoyed their foods such as a well made chicken and Gyros, the dinners do not come with yogurt sauce which is an unnecessarily extra cost. However, I am now upset and wary because customer service is IMPORTANT to me. I recommend being very cautious here and I will tell everyone about this experience. I paid for a product I didnt receive bottom line. Isnt that false advertising and theft from the general public?

Awesome place, price and staff! Their food is FRESH, HEALTHY, and DELICIOUS! As a delivery driver it’s hard to get HEALTHY food on the go during my routes. This place is the end all be all of that! A-​la-​carte skewers and platters alike, anyone should consider any one of these places for a great fast meal!

Greek Style Chicken has been serving up some very good food in East County in the two other locations. Now they have, just today, open up a new location in Lakeside. I was anticipating this opening and being a fan of their food, I decided to come in for lunch on their grand opening day.
I ordered the, for sure, combo #5 with included a quarter zesty chicken, a pile of gyros meal, some warm pita, and a side Greek salad for $ 11.05 (
) The meal was terrific! The chicken had a great crispy exterior and the inside meat was moist and juicy with a hint of lemon and herbs. (
) They gyros meat was plenty and very good as well. Some of the pieces were a little dry and crispy, but I kind of like the variety of textures between some of the pieces. (
) The meat tasted very good and went very well with the moist pita and the thick and creamy yogurt sauce. (

The Greek Salad was nice and fresh with a flavorful Greek salad dressing. It was perhaps a little heavy handed with the dressing, but very good nevertheless. (
) Kudos for the generous amounts of feta on the salad! The pita bread came warm and moist. (
) It tasted great and, I should of order more because it was the first thing I polished off. Good stuff.
The place looks great inside and outside. I liked the comfortable shares and booths. The employees were already well trained, polite, and very helpful. They serve many other items, such as burgers, fish and chips, and kabobs. This location also has a drive through. (
) There is ample parking at this location.
So, the bottom line is that, if you are a Lakeside resident or from the surrounding areas, today things just got better in East County.
