This place is a joke. The hookahs taste like burnt soap. I’ve always smoked straight mint and going to this place, I obviously ordered mint and it tasted like crap. After telling the guy who gave me my hookah that I don’t like it, he told me he will fix it. I seriously watched him the whole time when he took my hookah and he NEVER fixed it. He brought it back and I told him that I was watching him and he didn’t do anything about it. I asked for a refund and left. The atmosphere is also whack and needs some serious work. This place is like a club for like 28 year olds who can’t afford to go to downtown. Save your money and go to a different hookah lounge.

The hookahs aren’t great quality, especially since you’d be expecting it since you’re paying $ 20. The bathrooms are unisex and definitely haven’t been cleaned in a while. It’s too dark and loud to have an actual conversation. Only went once to check it out and won’t be back again.

One of the best hookah lounges i have been to. Great music, cheap prices, friendly staff, and great atmosphere. We usually go to this hookah bar over others now that we have discovered it. Keep up the good work :)
Also are you open during the Chrismas holidays? (Christmas day to New years day) and if so what are your hours.

Great music Dj resident there is also a Dj for 933. You can call him on Fridays and Saturdays and request a song and he’ll shout you out from 9 to something late
He’s always djing at ice all throughout the week.
Hookahs are organized by flavor so your hookahs are always minty if you order mint and not minty if you do like mint lol etc.
Hookah prices are cheap $ 12 even for Happy hour from 2−6pm and $ 15 from 6pm-2am
Great upgrades too like ice deals and huge bowls, fruit bowls; pineapple is a favorite. they bring out a sparkler with a fruit bowl that makes you feel like your getting bottle service
They do have good couches and a couple bad but there replacing them Very soon i guess
Other than that it’s an awesome place. Only one in El Cajon, hopefully they get the beer and wine permit soon lol

Best hookah I’ve ever had. They have the best service, and the people there are great. The owners are like part of the crowd and include themselves with their customers. Love this place! Their hookah are cheep and their happy hour makes it well worth getting their early. Music is the best. You can never go wrong with Ice.

It is the best hookah lounge that I have been to. The hookahs always hit great. The music is awesome. They always have something new to try too. They even have djs too that come through. If u haven’t tried it I recommend u try it.

The hookah was dirty =/the hose and stem needed boiling water ran through it to get rid of the 10 previous flavors. I was expecting quality for $ 20 –_–

This is by far the best hookah lounge I’ve ever been too! Their hookahs smoke amazingly, it almost feels like your not even smoking! They also offer an ice hose witch makes your hookah experience chilling! Coolest invention ever!
The customer service is excellent. If you don’t know much about hookah they have no problem explaining it to you and helping you make the right choice for you.
They also serve Italian sodas [witch I never had before] but boy were they delicious! Did I mention they serve hot and iced coffee as well?
If you haven’t been there make sure to check it out!

Great place to meet up with friends, listen to good music, smoke hookahs (which are very reasonable $) and have fun. And service was good!
