Good. But not nice, stingy. Charged me extra for everything. Wasn’t much meat in the gyro. Asked for extra cause charged me 50cents got my food didn’t give me extra sauce, asked for sauce again wanted to charge me another 30cents. Didn’t give me any napkins. Asked for a few napkins, the girl gave me one napkin. Had to go back for more napkins. Gave me a nasty additude. Sandwich didn’t fill me up at all. Had a horrible experience. Spinners across the street is tens time better. Don’t go to this place if you want good service.

It’s true. I went by yesterday and it has closed. I understand it’s a positive move for the family that ran it. Boy, I am going to miss it. Great food, especially the Gyros special plate and the fried shrimp(a comfort food for me). I sure wish them all the very best.

This place is delicious. You have rubios and Pizza Hut, but none of those even compare to this. The gyro sandwiches are amazing. You’ll crave them a lot after you’ve tried them. And the beef and chicken shwarma sandwiches are just as good. Definitely give this place a try before or after a movie! Smoothies are excellent too.

Right when you walk in you will absolutely not be impressed with the initial look. Clear sightings of this being a family owned business. Cashier and who I assume would also be the owner was actually really nice. I wanted something healthy… and greek food came to mind. This place is somewhat local to where i live, but closer to where i actually was at the time. The title of the place says JUICEBLEND first so you wouldn’t initially think it was a greek food place. They definitely had an extensive drink and smoothie menu available, but I came for a quick and simple dinner. Ordered a chicken kabob combo… it came with salad, rice and the kabob itself. The food actually took a long time to come out, we were the last customers. The cashier ran my sister’s credit card twice to make sure it went through, their machine was quite slow. We took our dinner back to my sister’s house and the food was actually really delicious. The salad wasn’t all that great, but it’s probably due to the fact that I’m not a huge salad person and I definitely wasn’t in the mood for it. 3 stars for experience, but 4 stars for food.

Easily one of my favorite med places, family owned and operated. My usual here is the chicken plate. The chicken is tender and has a great, lemony flavor. The rice is fantastic and the salad is always fresh with a tasty dressing. Very nice people running this spot too.

I was in the mood for a Greek salad and found this gem on Unilocal, and the reviews are on target! Fresh and delicious. I ordered it with the chicken and it was the best salad I have had in a long time. I ate every bite and was wishing for more. They add beets which was a nice addition and the dressing is tangy sweet and a fantastic combination with the fresh veggies and feta cheese. Can’t wait to go back!

Came here for a lunch special and the price is right and the food is good. Not so much a Greek place, as it is middle eastern. Seems to be the theme here in San Diego. And while I liked what I had, I still have yet to find a place in the SD area with knockout falafel. One thing that pisses me off though is Luna Grill opening up right around the corner. Why are they trying to hurt small businesses like this? I’d go here before I went there anyway.

This is one of my favorite lunch stops for Greek food. They have a good gyro sandwich lunch deal, but my absolute favorite thing to order is their gyro or chicken salad. The gyro salad is very flavorful and filling. I am a huge gyro fan, but decided to try the chicken salad one day, and absolutely loved the flavorful and spicy chicken on the salad. I rotate between the two salads when I come in because it is impossible to pick a favorite. If you do not have a lot of time, I recommend calling in your order for the chicken salad, as it takes a little longer to make. The lady that works there is extremely nice, and makes you feel like a regular after day one. The only reason I gave the restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 was for the fact that at first you can barely tell it’s a Greek restaurant by the huge juice blend sign. They have much better Greek food than some of their nearby competitors, but you would not necessarily think so by the outside appearance of the restaurant. However, they definitely get 5 stars for service and food, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I’ve stuck to pretty much one item on the menu because it’s that damn good… the Greek gyro salad! It’s consistently awesome every time I have had it, the meat is packed with flavor, very tender and cooked perfectly with that little but of crispness on the edges, the veggies and lettuce are fresh, good amount of feta and the kicker is the dressing! Which I got the low down from the owner that it’s a yogurt based dressing simliar to the tatsiki with a red wine vinegar, loooove it! Staff and service are great and always welcoming… This is the place to come if you’re looking for good Gyros for sure.

Consistently fresh and delicious food. I like that they use chicken breast for their kabobs and the produce for the salads is always fresh. Great service and friendly employees.

Love their Gyro value meal. A tasty and filling gyro sandwich, choice of generous serving of fries or greek salad & a drink… Always order the same thing here but the flavor and service are always on par. Never tried any of the smoothies but my sister(who’s more of a smoothie fan then I am) absolutely loves them. Been coming here for over 6 years so this review is long overdue. Thanks guys!

Well done J’s! We just left there and it was super tasty! We had the tabbolueh, gyro plate and a beef skewer. Ive been eating tabbolueh my whole life and that is the top 3EVER! No joke. If you like it lemony and fresh this is the place to go! gyro was pretty good and the fries were extra hot(not spicy hot) and had a spicy seasoning over them. Great service. ALways one of the family members there. Since moving back to the n’hood ill be visiting more often. I think im going to try the juice next time lol!

I had the Gyros and salad combo. Food was great, the price wasn’t too bad and the service was quick. I like that they have a TV in the dining area and it is usually on ESPN or a news channel. It could be a little bigger but hey, I guess I didn’t go there to watch TV. I would recommend this place and I will be back again.

So they call this place Greek. But in all honesty it is more than that. I truly feel that they sell themselves short with that description. Many dishes are more common a little farther south and east, in places like Lebanon or Iraq. And they do these dishes quite well. Shawarma here is as good if not better than Chef Tony’s(remember him? Where’d he go?). Chicken kabobs are appropriately spiced(piece here and there may have a touch extra salt) and very tasty. Even the tilapia — a notoriously bland fish — has a good flavor. And then there are the salads. The items involved in the construction are of course true to Greek, but they seem to have the balance of the elements just right. A great yogurt dill dressing enhances, does not overpower the salad. The rice has the flavor more noted in the inland countries with its spice profile and consistency. Four stars because of what is mentioned in the first paragraph. They could really add to the menu without adding to their ingredients. Thus as Mediterranean casual food goes, they nail it.

This place is really good. I absolutely love their Salad dressing! I haven’t had everything on the menu, nor have I had one of their smoothies, but the stuff I have had was good. I go here all the time and the family is really nice. Worth checking out!

I came in for one of their Greek Salads with grilled chicken. The salad was a very good portion dotted with salty feta and marinated grilled chicken.( ) The chicken had a nice color, flavor, and was tender.( ) Some of the pieces were a little under done, so I had them grill it more for a few more minutes. After that, the chicken was perfectly cooked.( ) All the greens, tomatoes, onions, and olives were fresh, and I really enjoyed the light yogurt dressing. It was just right for the salad. I was disappointed that the salad did not come with sliced cucumbers nor a side of sliced warm pita. The lady who owns and tool my order was very nice and hospitable. The place was very clean and organized. I like pita slices…

I like this place very much. Kind of a surprise given that my friend and I didn’t have any intention to go to this place initially. The portions were small, but filling, and the prices were reasonable. Had the gyros meal with an orange passion smoothie. Really good. Reminded me of the Greek food at Canada Steak Burger. Just wished it had more fries.
