If your from this area then most likely you are familiar with this restaurant. If your not from this immediate area and are not familiar with this restaurant but don’t mind a little bit of a drive out to East County then head on the 8 East freeway and exit Lake Jennings Road and once you come to a stop sign continue straight and on your immediate left is the best pizza and Italian food you will have most likely ever had before. I suggest you take the time to come out and visit if possible but just remember to come hungry! You won’t leave here feelings hungry or any less than completely satisfied. If your in the mood for their amazing pizza I suggest you go to the company’s website and print their $ 3.00 off any large pizza coupon because even with 3 delicious toppings you will still come right in at below $ 20.00 dollars for an excellent lunch or dinner. If you decide to stay and eat out you will be more than happy with the overall feel of the place which is very quaint and has that homey feel to it and don’t let me forget to mention the stellar top notch customer service that’s provided by the employees(Don’t forget to tip). I would recommend this place to any and everyone. I will continue to come back here again and again and again for so long as this place is standing.

We usually come here as a family a few times a month for about the last 10 years. Lately the service has been so incredibly terrible. There would be one server working the last few times while there were plenty of tables and the bidders would sit around and wouldn’t help. Today was different. We had a server I’ve never seen prior named Amanda B(according to the receipt) she was amazing! Made a difference in our experience here. Very sweet and constantly checked on us. Definitely a nice change! THANKS Amanda!

I don’t quite get the 1 star reviews. Maybe there is something with their tastebuds? I have to say… By far the best pizza I’ve had. Not just the pizza… But everything I’ve had here is quite delicious. The parking lot is a little janky… But the food and staff totally make up for it. I definitely recommend this place if you want some real pizza with real cheese and fresh ingredients… Then I would give this place a try.

I’m Italian, so I don’t like to eat at Italian restaurants because of the letdown. This place was a pleasant surprise! Cheese ravioli, sauce, pizza — even the strawberry ice tea — were delicious! We will be visiting often!

Really great food all around! Calamari a was awesome! Minestrone soup was the best I’ve ever had and I hate minestrone soup usually. Great service! Even the side salad was bomb! If you’re in the area definitely check this place out!

We had our yearly party November 15 and had requested Sandra who waited on all of us 38 people We love the party room and it was great she has a smile that lights up the room and everyone enjoyed her service and the food is outstanding. We come regular on Mondays at 5:00 and have her wait on us for our calamari steak dinner, It is great and just keep up the great service and food WE appreciate that when we have a party we can do separate checks by couple Individual and order off the menu. You are awesome. Terri Mitchell

I love this place the salads are so good and crisp and their pizza is some of the best pizza I have ever had I also like that they have low-carb options like the Jimmy Loe which is chicken with asparagus and cheese on top this is a great place for families.

I’ve came to this restaurant a hand full of time and I’ve been disappointed, they have top notch service and amazing food, they also serve beer that’s a total plus. Enjoy your next trip out here and don’t miss out

Great little East Coast-style Italian joint in Lakeside. So much better than the family Italian options in central-S.D. I had the best buffalo chicken sandwich in all of San Diego. It’s the most authentic and closest I’ve seen to an actual Buffalo, N.Y., chicken finger sub. Omg, so good! The atmosphere is relaxing and the service friendly. Prices are very reasonable. My huge sub was under $ 10. I will def be back!

The pizza here is OUTOFTHISWORLD! Best thing about it is the crust and the fact that it re heats very nicely. It’s a very old school looking Italian Restaurant. The servers are nice and friendly and don’t ever appear to be put out about answering questions or recommending a dish. chicken Marsala Shrimp scampi Lasagna and White Pizza are my favs! Parking can be a huge pain!

The service is always friendly and the food is always amazing!!! Greatest garlic bread ever! We come here often and will continue to do so! *** Note*** This is not related to the Marechiaro’s in El cajon. The El Cajon place is not as good.

I’ve driven by this place probably a million times and never dropped in. Finally ate here a couple nights ago with family and it was really good. We got a pizza, a large Greek salad, and pasta with meat sauce and they didn’t skimp on anything. The salad was stacked about a foot high, pizza had loads of toppings, pasta was delicious. so good brought home the left overs and finished every last bite the next day. I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re deep in east county and looking for italian, check this place out. You’ll like it. Btw, prices are fair too. Most italian food spots are usually pretty expensive. Marechiaros has a great product for a good price. Definitely impressed. Oh yea, staff was friendly and attentive as well.

Tasty and affordable. Lunch specials every day including weekends! I had the lasagna lunch special. It came with a salad and decadent garlic bread. Yum Service was very friendly and there’s a lot of space between the tables. We stopped here after visiting Summers Past Farms. I would eat here again if I was in the area.

I have read and heard good things about the place several times so I decided to take a trek up to check them out. I’ve been wanting to try their Torpedo sandwich baked, so I ordered it with a cup of their Minestrone soup. The soup was not what I expected, in that is did not come with pasts nor beans, but with a lot of vegetables and lentils. It was okay, but it was over salted so I could only eat a few table spoons of it( ). on a good note, it you like a vegetable soup with lots of veggies, well you may like this soup( ). I asked of the torpedo sandwich to baked and served hot( ). Now I liked the torpedo, but they only heated up the bread and even it was not properly warmed all the way through. The cold cuts inside were plentiful, and I was gracious for that, but having that warm bread, then biting into the cold cheese and meats was a little bothersome( ). In my opinion, they should bake the sandwich opened faces with the meats and cheese and then apply the lettuce, tomatoes, and dressing. Having it heated all the way through was what I was looking for, when I told the waitress I wanted it hot and baked. Deli meats were a all very good, especially the Mortadella( ). I liked the dressing, but it could of used more of it. A good torpedo which would of been great if it would of been baked thoroughly. Service was pretty good. The girl who served me was nice, but it took quite a while for the sandwich to come out, I never was asked for a refill of my drink, even when it was empty, and they did not seem to be genuinely bothered about my comments regarding the soup being overly salted. Baked and Hot mean Hot!
