Palm Cleaners

Just started going to this dry cleaner. I really like it. Prices are reasonable and the man at the counter is always super nice.

Truly, there is no better feeling than to have your clothes picked-​up/​done at any dry cleaner. This place is new, and I was a bit tired of driving an additional 10 mins to RSD to use my regular one, which (I have been using for 10 years).
So, I thought I’d give it a try for its close by destination and supporting local businesses. The services is excellent super sweet, friendly, and humble. The pricing is market «fair» and affordable for its quality services. I used their services 4 times in the 3 weeks I was in my hometown SD (work overseas). I took 10 to 15 different items for cleaning every time. The turn-​round are quick and reliable; when it comes to dry cleaning, there are two factors to keep in mind as a general rule:
1) Timing
and
2) Quality
If you can gain those two consistently, U got me as a (long-​term) customer. This place gives you the two factors.
Needless to say, review your total chargers as it tends to be overcharged at times, and Honestly, its just a humble mistake, as they are new to the business and are trying to multi-​task every aspect of the business all on their own w/​o help. In my opinion thats where they fall short, but again maybe its not my concern as they gave me enough satisfaction for me to go back.

Always do a fantastic job! I forget about my dry cleaning and they are calling me and politely reminding me to pick it up! THANK YOU! The gentlemen that is always at the register is one of the owners (I think). He is very sweet and nice. This is my cleaners from now on. Have taken everything from down comforters to expensive, vintage YvesSaintLaurent suits. Each one pressed/​cleaned beautifully and carefully put into bags. LOVE THESE GUYS!

When Sam owned Palm cleaners this was the Dry Cleaner to go to. Great customer service and are great guy. Since he sold the store has slowly gone down hill. In the last 2 weeks my shirts have come back with missing buttons and look like they were not cleaned or pressed. looking for a new dry cleaners, starting today.

This place is great. They clean on premises which has a fast turn over. I dropped off 2 sets of clothes and had them back 24 hours later. Great great prices, excellent hospitality

I’ve been a customer here since 2013 and I just want to say the prices are the best in the county of San Diego. More importantly, the quality of service and how they treat my clothes is first class. I definitely endorse this establishment and suggest that you do business here!

I work at the 99c store that are really by it so basically I have to collect the cart from our side hour every day at this hour that owner came out and gave me cake. The other day he gave me blava. I really would go to him just cause of how a nice personality he have. These days we are missing these kind of feeling. Thx a lot U really made my day! Best cleaner

I never thought I would get the ink stain out of my favorite dress but I was willing to give this new place a try. I was happy and appreciative to see that I couldn’t even point out where the stain used to be. I’ll be using palm cleaners for my dry cleaning from now on … Thank you to the staff! One of the best, if the not the BEST cleaners in all of San Diego. They clean my clothes really well, and my clothes always smells great. They have really professional person for alteration. The most thing i like about this place is the owner he is really friendly, nice, and he always smiles when his customers enter. One time he didn’t charge me because of how many times i visit this place. Overall i really recommend this place to everybody who is looking for a good cleaner

I took a uniform shirt to get patches sewn on the sleeves. I told the guy that i didn’t need it cleaned and I just needed the patches sewn on. The guy at the counter called someone (presumably the one that would actually be doing the work) to find out when it could be done and how much it would cost. He told me that it would be ready the following day and it would be $ 10. I gave him the ok and left. The next day when my wife picked up my shirt, he told my wife there was a «price difference» because they pressed my shirt and he charged her an extra $ 2+. That’s simply BAD BUSINESS. I’ll take my business elsewhere and recommend anyone else do the same.

I needed a local dry cleaner that could dry clean my clothes by the next business day and this place was perfect. Nice ladies who work there and they accommodated all my needs. I even dropped off my clothes at 2PM and they had no problem dry cleaning by the next day I would recommend Palm cleaners to any local customers.

I can’t ask for more… You can tell this mom n pop type shop is family owned and all the employees are pretty helpful, friendly, and engaging. I’ve been dropping off my dirty laundry here ever since they’ve opened! Can’t make it out there as much since I’ve moved but definitely try making it out there, you won’t be sorry you did!

I needed a local cleaner close to work. The gentlement working up front was very friendly and humble. My Skirt was ready when it was supposed to be and he even gave me a first time customer discount. The same gentlemen was there both times I went, I am guessing he is the owner.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! The service is so bad I can’t believe they are still in business. The older gentleman that helped me was so rude to me in front of other customers. Please people, Don’t go to this place. There are other Dry Cleaners in El Cajon, this people don’t deserve our business, Thank you.
