After my pregnant daughter and wife waits for 15 minutes while the «manager» meanders to Starbucks for whatever reason she is told she cannot use her maiden name credit card for a trivial purchase. Worst service I’ve experienced this year. Shame on you piercing pagoda.
When my wife points out her nonexistent customer service skills, the «manager» threatens to call security. What is the dose of reality illegal in this country now. Your service sucks and security cannot help you with that. Find another line of work.

Poor customer service.
I purchase a belly ring for 70 dlls plus warranty for a year. The girl assure me it would be replace with no problem.
Is has been 3 days and my problem is still the same. The worse part is that every time I go I have to wait for a long time before they can talk to me (even when there’s two people).
I will not be purchasing ever from this place.

Just got my daughters ears done one looks great the other is at a terrible angle so the back points up into the ear. The lady piercing was really nice but needs to retire from piecing. Her hands aren’t steady we had to dot her ears more than 20 times. Terrible experience. I don’t recommend getting K.C. (The assistant manager) To pierce ears there.

An amazing experience getting my babies ears pierced. I would not recomend any other place. They where very knowledgeable and I was impressed. Look no further these ladies are very pleasant and know what they are doing.

Tried on 3 separate occasions to buy a pendant here for wifey. On 3 separate occasions, the young girl working the register was slow, inefficient, not making eye contact or acknowledging customers, or was busy texting on her cell phone. We walked away, and went to nearby Helzberg Diamond, and spent our money there. Hey, and a final tip. When girlie goes to pierce your ears or lip, tell her to hang up her cell phone first!

I was looking to get my 6 month babys ears pierced and had stopped in a beauty supply in the mall. The lady referred me to Piercing Pagoda and said that they do a much better job than Cliares. I am happy that I took my baby there, they were fast, professional, and knowledgeable! I also have got some of my own gold ear rings there and love them! Very Reasonable too!
