This library is nice, quiet and the staff are very helpful. The reason why I am giving 3 stars is because first is inside the court house, which means you have to go through security inspection before going inside, second they close at 4:00pm which I think is too early, and third they are close on the weekends.
One more thing the address is very confusing, so it will help if the website, or the staff mentions that their location is inside the court house, the first time I went I got lost thinking it was an individual location.
Overall is a good place to study, but I wish they will change their location and hours.

Downtown location is being remodeled, so I found this one. Nice, quiet place for legal research. The staff is nice and very helpful in guiding you to necessary resources.
There are only two computers for legal use (lady next to me was respectfully informed of such– hello? LAW library not meant for banking & game playing). Therefor, when a third person is waiting, time limit of 30 minutes take effect… But ya just jump back «in line» — all good ;)
If you bring your laptop you can use THEIR ‘puters to get on Lexis; e-​mail relevant cases to yourself; then chill at available desk/​chair areas to continue reading cases from your laptop; and still have further access to law books… ;)
WARNING: If you need to be here for extended time (and get dropped off; with no transportation, like me, today) PACK A LUNCH!!! The Courthouse Cafeteria is SCARY BAD!!! I won’t get into it (I spit up my burger after second bite)… You’ve been warned! :/​
In all; Public Law Libraries are a priceless commodity for free legal resource materials. Both on-​line or in print ;)

I came here as a second resort to do some legal research.
The downtown location is currently going through some renovations and their hours are extremely limited.
Overall, it’s a quiet place to study.
there are only 2 computers available for online legal research,
and you are limited to 30mins if there is a waiting list.
Props to the staff though.
I asked for some assistance and they were more than willing
to help me find what I needed.
