Starbucks

I love background music but this location seems to always play it way too loud, to the point where I have to raise my voice too loudly in order to be heard. I attempted to give it another chance today, but the rap and hard rock music being played were louder than ever. Cannot meet with clients at this location, cannot receive phone calls. Due to these reasons, definitely not a business-​people friendly coffee place.

The drive-​through was packed. So I got my drink inside. It wasn’t that busy. It took 20 minutes for me to get my drink.

Everytime I come here the wait is rediculous. I’ve seen more customers served in less time at other locations. This is not my first time waiting for more than 10 minutes for a drink. I need to find another starbucks. I know it’s a fairly new location but the baristas are slow.

This Starbucks is so slow. No matter what time I go there it never fails.

This location is staffed with the friendliest and FASTEST employees. Drive thru was crazy so I walked inside (line moves quickly, but I can’t sit still so I always go inside if there is a line lol). I got my drink before I finished paying. That is how fast they are! My drink was made just right and they consistently get it right, no complaints here.
Oh, I should also mention that I am usually here before 7am. Not sure how busy they are throughtout the day, but my morning visits are always quick even when they are busy.

FAST and NICE!
I got my order in quick as I walk in to get a look at Coffee Menu. They have a drive thru but I like to walk in to take my time to get what I want not concerned about the car behind me. I honestly take too long to figure out my coffee.
The drive thru is great, but can quickly back up where it is hard to get in the drive thru or parking area.
The nice blond lady at counter took my order for a Carmel Macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and a shot of cinnamon dolce. No charge this time:-)
Asked to get my name and asked if it is spelled with a CH or a K? Extra stars for that! Rare moment.
Coffee was strong, hot and delicious. The service with a smile, I will be back!

Grrrr I want to love this location due to its convenience, but I can’t.

They NEVER get my simple order correct in the drive thru.
My order is «iced coffee, no sweetener, just a little cream». No matter how I word it the drive-​thru people always give me coffee SO LIGHT it hardly tastes like coffee. They have to be doing it on purpose.

S L O W !!! Inside and out. Nothing else to say right now, but it won’t let me post unless I say more!

First off, making drinks isn’t that hard to do. Every time I visit this location they seem to screw up an easy order that I’m sure the employees make several times a day.
Next when someone asks for a sugar free, lite drink and their response is «no» simply because they don’t want to make a new batch of it?! Bad business practices!
The guy taking my order openly admits that Starbucks makes certain drinks in the morning and when they’re gone that’s it. So does that mean as paying customers we have to accept what you give us?! What if they didn’t sell all the product they made in the MORNING, does that mean when someone comes in before closing and orders a drink that was made when the store opens, the customers buys something that has been sitting around for awhile?
Those of you who drink Starbucks know that even if you put your drink in the fridge, it will become nasty and stale after awhile. Smh

Been a regular here everyday since this location opened. The older friendly employees started disappearing along came a new manager. After my encounter with the new staff today I won’t be returning. That manager belongs at an airport or mall location not one that had neighborhood regulars.

Love how fast and efficient the baristas are even when they have a long line of drive thru customers and customers inside. I took my children inside and it was very clean with plenty of seating. I got to enjoy a nice hot beverage and the boys enjoyed their blueberry scones.

Left me at the drive thur window for 15 mins and I ordered one drink, my drink ended up bring complete disgusting I thru it away because it tasted like dirty water. It’s just a shame that you go somewhere and you buy something with your hard worked money for it not to even enjoy it! Will never go back.

They are always fast and pleasant (even when there’s a big line) & make great drinks :) I’ve never had a mess up on my prefer here!

The place looks nice, clean, and quite. They have drive through. Inside its relatively big, and they have small outside seating. Private parking space. Free WiFi. Staff seem nice. fast service.

Went through the drive thru on this stop because the parking lot was too small and packed. Service was good and pretty fast for the amount of people in line at the drive thru. They got my order right and it tasted delicious. I got the Light Java Frappuccino, I’m going to call it a Jack light since he loves these drinks.
Just to let everyone know how busy this place is… when I left, the drive thru line was backing up traffic in the turn lane…

I wouldn’t even go in because the parking is so bad. There is diagonal parking, but people park right behind those cars even though there isn’t enough room. The one time I almost went there, I saw a truck back out of one of the actual parking spots and crash right into one of the cars behind it

This location takes forever to give you a drink. They’re ALWAYS out of items. I went in to get a SALTED Carmel frap and they said they don’t have any salt. I asked for a chocolate chip cookie and the guy at the drive through says «actually we are out of that as well I’m sorry». I ended up getting a Carmel frap with NO whip crème and when I got my drink they put whip crème on for me. Oh did I also mention I asked for a grande Carmel frap and they told me they’re out of grande cups. Horrible service. As a Starbucks gold member I am very upset and disappointed at this location.

All of us Starbucks gold card members know the game of trying to earn our stars. You have to order each drink or food item separately to earn stars for each of them.
Let me explain — each item you buy is worth one star. Earn 12 stars and you get a free item. BUT Starbucks only does one star per transaction so if you get two drinks/​food then you only get one star. Order them separate and you get a star for each. Obviously we will do each item as it’s own transaction to get those stupid stars.
I ordered a hot chocolate at the drive thru then asked for a separate order for my pastry. The order taker politely said they can’t do that any longer. Say what??? Every other Starbucks does that!

Every since Michelle T., a fellow Unilocaler, has turned me on to Java Chip Fraps, its has been torture not getting one everyday. Today was a day that I failed and stopped in this newly built Starbucks to enjoy one along with a warmed morning bun.
The Java Chip Frap was very good as usual. I had it with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate of course. (
) What I best like about the frap is those little bits of Java (chocolate) floating around the frap that explode with flavor when they hit the warmth of your mouth. (
) The frap was very well blended and quite flavorful.
The morning bun was a excellent and came covered with cane sugar and cinnamon. (
) The inside was warm and moist with a almost gooey center in a very good way. (
). It was also layered with veins of flavorful cinnamon. One of the best thing I like about this bun. (
)
The new staff was very friendly and expedient. This location has a drive thru and plenty of seating inside with a great high vaulted ceiling. It only has a few tables outside. (
)
