This location is always busy in the morning. I come by here sometimes to get cold brew or venismo pods. The employees are always friendly and cheerful. Sometimes I bring my little dude and he does all the ordering. He is usually Batman and I’m Batgirl. He gets a real giggle out of having the employees call out Batman’s drink orders. He does this little routine all over the county actually, he’s even done it out of the country. Starbucks is consistent in their customer service no matter where you’re traveling, which is why my little dude probably enjoys it so much. This location has a good amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. The outlets are often taken, so be forewarned, it’s close to a college. If the tables are occupied there is usually a spot at the bar available. There is plenty of parking, it may not be available right there on the side of the store(the 10 min spaces), but there’s usually a lot on the side where the fabric store and Denny’s are.

Busy location and my drink still came very quickly! They do offer a lot of seating here because of the«normal» crowd. Convenient location in the shopping center too.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and I LOVE my new Starbucks! The staff is friendly and happy and try to remember my drink and name. The store, every time I have gone in, even when it’s really busy, is very clean and pretty. I’m thankful I get to start my day with a great experience each morning!

This is my favorite Starbucks in East County! I come here at least three times a week and the baristas always remember me. They are sweet, hard working, and polite. The atmosphere in this coffee shop is nice as well — lots of Fletcher Hills locals and students. Even sometimes the firefighters from up the street come by(I don’t mind that at all!).

The wait is always very long whether there is one person in front of you, or several. I had a really bad Customer Experience incident with an unfriendly and unprofessional worker, but have not seen that person as of late, and they seem to be bringing on friendlier workers now. I work at 5am during the week, and love the fact that this location opens at 4:30. So aside from the wait time, things do seem to be improving here.

I have the best experience every time I go to this one every barista is so friendly and willing to talk. Not to mention they know about what they are selling, they always have an answer to every question. This is the only location I’ve ever tipped the barista for being friendly and quick. Love them!

Your coffee makers have bad attitudes, especially when they don’t make the coffee the way you want !

The coffee is so inconsistent I try to avoid this location. I have notified management and nothing changes. Sometimes the coffee is strong and then other times it’s so weak it’s undrinkable, I’m not sure why Starbucks can’t make coffee correctly it is ONLY their staple product! I am so disappointed! I’m fed up and will just get my coffee else where!

My usual starbucks, lots of comfy chairs, great staff, lots of people of all ages studying or chatting yet quiet enough to read.

I come here almost every morning. The environment is comfortable and cozy and my coffee is always on point. It is a convenient location as it is right on the corner so there is easy access. There is also ample outdoor seating as well. The bathroom is clean and people are friendly bit I must say that it is Timmy that keeps me coming back. He is friendly and ALWAYS greets me by name and with a kind and personal regard. Never let him go! I give five starts because of him.

Love the private reserve choices made with the Clover machine. Jay is great and provides wonderful recommendations. He also has an huge knowledge base regarding coffees. I would be lost without him!

This Starbucks is a solid three stars for me. 5 stars for drink accuracy, 1 star for customer service. I always wait an outrageous amount of time here. The cashier always has to do a billion things before helping me & the other employees are usually milling about and drinking beverages. Today I waited at least 5 minutes before anyone even looked at me. And the guy in front of me had only ordered a house coffee & a water. The cashier got it & took his sweet time. However, the drinks here are spot-on when you finally get them. I don’t rode particularly difficult stuff, but this place does tend to get my drink PERFECT every time.

I was very impressed with Jay working as I sat at the counter and watched his skills. Not only just in making the drinks but his service to the customers and all with such a friendly attitude! Love his honesty and his knowledge about Starbucks and their products.

Staff is awesome, especially if youre a regular. Food is generic and prepackaged and horrible for your health, but still very yummy. This location is my study spot because its so big! However… avoid this place Sundays around 1:45 — 3:45 because it floods with people to the point where you have to wait and stalk down a table. It gets loud and crazy so studiers, beware. My fav location in East County definitely.

This is our local coffee spot, has great seeting large tables, and great staff. Unfortunatley FiveBucks isnt what it used to be, super pricey for burnt tasting coffee. Food still is a miss, seem reheated and dry no matter what u get. 4 stars for the hard working barristas who take care of us, 2 stars for starbucks

We moved to this area of town so I’ve been coming here to work when I need to get out of my home office. This is a fantastic Starbucks. I’ve reviewed several and few are as comfortable to work out of as this one. As usual, I’ll cover a few keys things I look for when finding a Starbucks to post up at for 4 – 5 hours at a time. Staff: They aren’t over the top super friendly where you’re almost uncomfortable. They are the right amount of nice and pretty speedy. A few are really bubbly which I kind of like and you can tell the staff gets along with each other. There is nothing worse than baristas that bicker or complain about their job while working. I haven’t found that here yet. Seating & Plug-ins: They score high in this area. Lots of tables and chairs, lots of outlets and lots of windows(but that have shades). Also, all of their big windows face East and South so you don’t get the afternoon sun sweltering heat beating down on you while you try to work and drink a hot beverage. They also have tons of outside seating, more than I’ve ever seen any Starbucks before. Temperature: I don’t know why this store is able to keep it so comfortable compared to other stores. It’s cool but not freezing. I’ve brought a sweatshirt every time I come here to work and have yet to have to put it on. Cleanliness: The store area is clean, tables are usually pretty clean, bathroom can be a little icky. The bathroom is next to a side door so I think they get a lot of ppl coming in to just use the restroom and bail. Food/Drinks: Drinks are on par with what you’d expect, food is as well. I don’t order super crazy drinks so I’ve yet to have any issue with them not getting something right. Parking: Tons of space, not crowded — no issues with parking whatsoever. Overall — yes, it’s still a Starbucks and it’s expensive and you always stink like coffee when you leave, but besides those things, it’s pretty great.

Like I’ve said countless times before, it’s pretty difficult to find a «bad» Starbucks, this is no exception. This location has a nice staff, typical Starbucks décor & music and plenty of seating. It has several tables and chairs as well as about 5 or so lounge chairs just for relaxing. I met a few friends here and we were all able to sit together and comfortably reminisce until closing. This is a great location since it is one of the roomier Starbucks in this area. It is also conveniently located next to a CVS which is great if you need to do a little shopping afterwards. This place is definitely good in my book.

I really liked this Starbucks. The place was very friendly and efficient. I had my morning bun here after I had breakfast next door. They heated it up perfectly before they gave it to me. I sat down on a nice comfy leather chair to eat my bun and read the Reader. I noticed their were a lot of people just hanging out chatting and enjoying themselves. The place gave me a nice cozy feeling. I like that sense. I will certainly stop by this Starbucks when I am in the area. Once again, keep your hands off my buns…
