No soups, no teas, didn’t have the bread I wanted, didn’t have good customer service, was a long line and only one person out in the front, when clearly there were people working in the back, needs some work here! Gotta get on the bread, soup, and not to mention the bane was basically empty.

I have been eating the footlong meatball sandwich everyday this month and have not lost any weight. In fact I’ve gained some. I think this is false advertising. Grrr

So, normally this place is open 24 hours. I pull in after midnight, no big deal, you’re competing with Taco Bell next door that’s open till 2, Jack In The Box that’s open 24 hours, and Carl’s Jr. right? The whole crew is sitting, asses against the front door, outside smoking. They’ve turned off the«open 24 hours sign», and they’re filling in the temperature checks sheet(owner, you may want to check the logs to see if they’re all the same pen color or handwriting, just saying). I understand rotating breaks, but shutting down the store when there’s 3 people working so you can all go on break at the same time? Come on! So I ask when they stopped being open 24 hours and the guy says they’ll be open in a half hour. I was trying to be polite when I said«it’s cool man, enjoy your break», meaning I understand how bad working food service is let alone overnight and I won’t bother you. So he goes«oh, no man, I’m still working, I’ll be here all night!». Then make me a damn sandwich!

Went to Subway, Had a lil bit of a wait when i got there, on top of that then they ran out of the bread i wanted… I was so hangry!!! but i keep my cool… lol! So a young man named Omar came to the rescue. He took my order and made me feel good about everything that was going wrong. Omar’s customer service was great, he totally turned my hangry into a smile by the time i walked out. I love when people do there job all the way. YES! THATINCLUDESCUSTOMERSSERVICE, NOTJUSMAKING A SANDWICH… THANKSOMARFOR A GOODSUBWAYEXPERIENCE!!!

How hard is it to make a sandwich that you have written on a computer screen on an app in front of you the only location that can never get anything right then they tried to give me less then i paid for a refund by almost 5 bucks and on top of it the fresh made sorry sandwiches had bread as hard as a rock… You make f*cking sandwiches with step by step instructions get it together… You idiots expect minimum wage to go up because you deserve it what a joke.

I really enjoy going to Subway, but this place needs a little help. I ordered a chopped salad today, and after they mixed up all the salad and chopped it up, they realized there were no bowls to put the salad in. I had to order a regular sandwich. The good news is the manager hooked me up with a five dollar sub instead of the normal $ 7.95 sub. I do find it rude that they communicate in their own language, which is in some type of Middle Eastern language like Iranian. I think they should speak English. It’s just bad customer service. Other than that, the food was good.

I can’t even star this place, I parked at the ONE parking spot left in the parking lot between subway and the nail place. I got out of the car and a male employee of the nail place asked me if I was coming in I said I’m going to subway and then yes. This lady comes out and tells me go park over there, I said where there’s no parking. She said please help me. I said there’s no parking, where? She then told me to go behind the building out of my way. Subway lost business and so did this nail place. I’ll keep going to other subways.

This place has bad service. They always run out of chicken and bread. They servers are very slow. The staff really doesn’t care. Better to go to east main and pepper if your in east El Cajon. On the plus side they at are open 24hour.

Let me start off with, I eat here very often because I work in the area. The other options are Taco Bell, jack in the box, carls jr, etc. The staff is nice enough, the sandwiches are standard subway sandwiches. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the manager or «boss». Every time I come in and there is a rush he happens to be doing something other than helping his employees, then he walks up smiling while a line of customers are waiting as if to say«no big deal I’ll get to you eventually.» I guess he is lucky his staff carries him.

The customer service is good, but the manager runs his crew into the ground. I got a tuna sub with 2 scoops like always and the manager tried charging me for double meat. I told him it wasn’t and he reprimanded his crew member right in front of the line about portion size for no reason. Otherwise I come here often and it’s decent, just incredibly busy!

This place is horrible but what do you expect from a chain restaurant. I walked into order sandwiches for my daughters and myself and the person started with two small sandwiches and I guess noticed his right had arrived so he told someone else to take care of my sandwiches and he took off. The person that he asked to take care of me then continued to move bread from the back to the front until he was ready to take care of my order and the customers in line waiting. No sense if urgency or concern for the long wait to serve everyone.

My first visit — just got back a few minutes ago — no greeting — I didn’t think any1 was in the shop behind the counter because so quiet — my order was incomplete only reason because they were out of those items — not available — parking space /what parking extremely small spot enough 4 cars — service could use a picker upper — the crew didn’t seem 2 happy — I’ll give it 1 more attempt on a second visit n see how that turns out /then i will make decision rather to continue returning or not –

Awful service! The guy was in an extreme hurry to make my sandwich. Slapping the mayo in globs all over my sandwiche. I asked for light mustard he put extra mustard. I was willing to over look it because I was starving. Then I take a bite into my toasted oven roasted chicken and the chicken is cold inside. I couldn’t finish the sandwich because I am pregnant and need these meats heated. Not to mention the ceiling fan had a thick layer of dust on each blade and it kept going round and round… I was waiting for some dust to fall off onto my sandwich! Then while I am eating my chips since I can’t eat my sandwich I was watching the same guy pour a bowl of soup from the«heated dispenser» they have to hold the soup and put it into a cup then pop it in the microwave!!! I’m excuse me bacteria city! The soup is kept in that dish to keep it warm and free from Bacteria but then he pops it in the microwave! Talk about an idiot! Not to mention he looks like he hates his job. Quit already and do us all a favor!

The always overcharge on kid’s meal, they ring up the milk separate. They add another dollar fifty to your bill, pointed it out to them every time and they always say«they’ll let the manager know». They do give you money back when you point it out. Makes you wonder how people are getting ripped off this way. So take a look at your receipt.

Best subway in the area! Good food Everytime, awesome service, and left me wanting to drive from across El Cajon even tho there’s one right next to my house! Parking usually sucks though…

Food was ok but looks like the window was cleaned with a greasy rag, also the parking lot is a wreck. Lastly the girls here say all the right things«welcome to subway» «enjoy your day» etc but they never smile or look at you while saying it… it seems forced and pretty rude. A smile goes a long way. Given the options of Subway in the area, I think I’ll go to another.

This subway is okay. I ordered the 6″ sunrise melt on whole wheat bread with fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers, and a dash of salt and pepper.( ) My melt also came with egg whites, bacon, ham, turkey, and swiss cheese. The sandwich was good, and it was a good way to start my day.( ) However, thought it could of used a little more time in the convection oven. The service at first was a little afar, but after a few minutes they started to loosen up a bit. Apparently, not everyone appreciates my sense of humor. At any rate, things got better, my sandwich, got done, and I ate. Oh, yes they should really consider cleaning up their parking lot…
