This Asian guy is a dick. I showed up at 9:55p with wet clothes that needed to be dried. Their sing says «last wash 10p» so I should be good since I’m only drying right? Wrong! He meets me at the door and won’t let me in the door! (Mind you they are open for another hour and 5 min) he says it’s too late and he won’t let me dry. So I’m stuck with a laundry basket of wet clothes. I went to the laundromat on Washington and Magnolia well after the 10p cut off and I was welcomed in since I just had to dry. Oh and by the way, I drove by this place at 10:20p and all the lights were off and shut down. He just didn’t want to stay open his regular business hours for a customer. I will go some where that appreciates customers not is inconvenienced by them.

prices are not bad. The owner I believe he is, is not very nice.
They have a machine to get a card and fill it up with your own cash but instead the owner carries his own card around charging people using his own card.
They won’t even let you add sufficient clothes in the machines.

This place is disgusting if I could I would give it zero stars!
I had to come here since I really was in desperate need to wash my clothes.
First the woman who works here is watching my every move how I’m putting my clothes in the washer then walks up and starts the machines and I haven’t even put my detergent in. LIKE WHO DOES THAT!!! Then she keeps repeating her self saying ONE CUP IS GOOD ENOUGH! I said no I do 3 – 4 cups for a two load machine when I go to my normal place in North Park it’s called Get It Clean which I love going there. Then I come back after the machines were done and I smell my clothes they DONT EVEN SMELL CLEAN! But I don’t have time to rewash them nor do I have the money to waste for 3 two load machines I spent $ 6.60 and for the dryer it was awful here 50¢ for 10 mins is a RIP OFF!
I don’t ever plan coming here again!

Very clean and the staff was very helpful. The card machine was disabled and the coin machine was as well but the employee was very attentive and ready to assist every time I switched or was ready to start a machine.

Been coming here since I got an apt close by. Nice variety of washers and dryers use the card or ask the owners they are super nice and helpful!!! Always clean when I come but sometimes when it’s busy people hog the carts which is annoying.

In my book it gets five stars!
I was in a pinch to where I had to wash one load. My apartments close our laundry facility at 8 so I looked for a laundrymat that was open late. With my son having no cloths clean I ran here at nine at night. The lady here was so sweet and helped me. I had no card to work the washer or dryer and I gave her cash. Wow talk about a angel!

Closest laundry area in my neighborhood. I LOVE the 8 load wash. Really cuts my time in half with my laundry. Very friendly staff and helpful. Machines are always clean, I’ve been going here for 2 years and I’ve never seen it dirty or machines not working. Having someone there at all times is always a plus. They are always willing to give a helping hand especially when new customers come around.
