I love going there getting my nails done so affordable and worth the time not to mention Julia is so sweet and always knows my designs before I can explain

I have been coming here for a few years. The service is always good. The staff efficient and warm. I highly recommend Nancy and staff.

Definitely my favorite place to go to get my nails and eye brows done at! The workers are so sweet and friendly. Nancy does an amazing job with acrylics & gels! I never have air bubbles & my sets last at least a week longer than other places I’ve been too. Nancy has built a long lasting relationship with most of her clients so don’t be fooled by the lack of ratings. I highly recommend checking this place out. They also offer hair cuts!

Open Sundays.
They agreed to change the TV station.

Desperate for a manicure after a day of vigorous home cleaning and handy work, I come across Classy Nails 2 on San Pablo Blvd. The two ladies received me fairly warmly and sat me down no more than 5 minutes into walking in.
The gradual descent into full-​blown letdown started when the manicurist whipped out a small box of implements that looked like they weren’t sanitized before using them on me. I don’t get my nails done all the time, but at other places, I have known them to pull out freshly cleaned implements from an autoclave. I couldn’t help but hold my breath when the dust from a used nail buffer she proceeded to use on me invaded my breathing space.
Notwithstanding my legitimate fear of an infection from the used nail implements, I was off-​put by the fact that the manicurist: 1) made 2 phone calls mid-​manicure — of 4 attempted dials, by the way 2) stopped to exit the nail salon without excusing herself to yell at – or converse with, I couldn’t tell — a guy in the parking lot and 3) asked me to pay her $ 10 MID-​MANICURE. Who does that?!
And this was my fault, but I proceeded to have faith in this woman when I asked for a simple polka dot design on my left ring finger. Honestly, who can mess up polka dots?! I paid an extra $ 3 for shoddy work that looks like it was done by a 4-​year-​old.
Overall, nice ladies, gentle manicure (gotta give her props for this because I have had many a painful manicures), room to improve in customer service, questionable sanitation procedures, sub-​par design work.

I’m always trying to find a great nail shop that does acrylic nails. Being from San Francisco, I knew where to go there but have been trying out different shops on this side of the bay.
I called ahead and made an appointment, despite the few Unilocal reviews and pictures. I thought I would give it a shot. I arrived and found it to be a nice little salon with a few people working. I’m glad I made my appointment because they were busy. I didn’t wait long at all.
I really liked the job that Nancy did. I’m picky about the shape and thickness of the nail. She did it perfect the first time and made my hands look cute with a short set of pink nails. Full Set was $ 20, not bad at all.
I love that they have «Sation» polishes, it brings me back to the good old days of Candy Apple Red, Corvette Red, Million Dollar red, Champagne, Cotton Candy and Tiki Punch. Those colors bring back memories and many salons don’t carry Sation over the newer brands nw.
I’m almost ready for my fill, so I will be back. I already got my color picked out, Tiki Punch! ;P

I came here to get my eyebrows done and had the worse experience of MY LIFE! first off the woman that did them a little older she acted like she didn’t understand me. i showed her a photo of how thin i wanted them to be. discussed it with her. she waxes off the stray hairs and proceeds to pluck away the rest. she kept plucking and plucking when i asked for a wax! i was in pain i expressed this to her and she continued to make up excuses justifying what she was doing. she didn’t even shape my eyebrows and then had an attitude when i didn’t like them. then demanded i paid $ 12 when a man previously told me it was $ 10. I will never go back there. there is a reason that shop is empty!!!

I would give them no stars if I could. Went in there for a full set and 3 people worked on my hands then when my nails were being painted I asked for pink French tips with a design. The owner Nancy is horrible at designs so I asked her to take off the design and just give me a simple line of gold glitter under the French tip she gave me the most evil look and proceeded to do so. Then she charged me $ 37 dollars my nails are hideous their work is horrible and that was my first and last time going to that shop. They are the WORST!!! My friend was so upset about her nails she just walked out after paying and went to another shop.

OK people, what is really going on. There is no way that Mrs. Nancy and crew have never been mentioned on Unilocal.I mean this woman works miracles on people, making nasty hands look like super stars and having glamorous hands look immaculate. I’ve had my nails done plenty of times in the past… too thick, too thin, too crooked, uneven… if there is a complaint, I’m sure I’ve experienced it. I’m down with experimenting til I get it right. With Nancy, I definitely got it! This woman can make fake nails look like they belong to you, similar shape and thickness of your own natural nail. And her attention to detail, makes you feel like there is no one else in the world that can possibly have better looking fingertips than yours. The numerous compliments I receive on my nails alone, keep me returning back.
This is how super Nancy is, her husband Richard is just as good… but I still love Nancy more :) This two man crew gets down to business, no joke. There shop has been around for like 15 years. There are other staff that perform manis, pedis, waxing, etc, but I write on who I know. Everyone is super hospitable and welcoming, never feeling like your money is no good there. They are located across from Pennzoil, on San Pablo between Central and Lincoln St. I have never once made an appointment and Nancy always finds a way to accommodate me. Now don’t let that last statement have you thinking she does not do good business because Nancy’s clientele have been going to her for years.
Other services offered at Classy Nails II are waxing, pedicures, manicures, men’s services, various artificial nail methods and even hair cutting (recently added). If you are looking for a extraordinary manicurist, this is the one. Every person I ever referred to Nancy or Richard have remained faithful, continuously returning for various services. I’m telling you, you definitely won’t be disappointed. Just don’t take up my spot in line :)
