Monkey Bars Garage Storage Systems

Tim, owner of Monkey Bars Garage Storage Systems of Sacramento, came out last week to give my garage a makeover. Over a 2 ½ day period, he grinded the garage floor surface for level, patched cracks and chips in the concrete, applied the epoxy flooring, then installed the shelving and storage system.
Tim uses a polyurea epoxy product, and is very liberal with the application of the little flakes that prevent slipping. Tim did all the work on the flooring by himself, which took him about 14 hours over the course of 2 days, taking the cold and wet weather into consideration. In contrast, another company I received a bid from gave an estimate of 3 days for the flooring install by a «crew.»
On the 3^rd day of the job, Tim installed the Monkey Bar system. That morning, he reviewed with me what we had planned originally regarding the locations and scope of the storage project. Based on this, I was able to modify the plan to better suit my ideas and future needs for the garage, without penalty of a «change order.»
I enjoyed working with Tim on my garage project. He is professional, friendly and easy going. He never tried to upsell/​oversell any of his products and services and in fact, was adamant about «not selling you what you don’t need.» As the owner operator of his business, Tim does it all, from scheduling appointments to install of all his projects. I understand and can appreciate why there was a bit of miscommunication and delay earlier when I first tried to book an estimate. I can now say he is worth the effort and wait!

Tim is a true professional and craftsman. There is no way that a casual do-​it-​yourself person could do what he did. The final product is strong, functional, attractive. Definitely worth the price. We love the monkey bar system for organizing our garage, it works amazingly well. We recommend Tim without reservation.

Tim installed an overhead storage rack for us late last year which we are very happy with. He’s great to work with, arrived and finished the work as promised. We’re going to have him install another one this week. He installed a large garage fan for us this weekend which we are also very happy with. Two thumbs up for a great company!

Our garage was an unorderly chaos of boxes, tools, sporting gear and holiday stuff. Tim came in with recommendations and got everything organized, and did it within the price he originally quoted. We were impressed with Tim’s workmanship on the shelving, everything looks clean and professional. Pleasantly surprised that Tim help us put all of our stuff away — when his job was done, we were done — didn’t expect that!
We’ve asked Tim to come back and help us with some other carpentry projects in our house. Would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

Wow! I found the monkey bar garage storage system on the internet and thought that it was the perfect solution to a condo that I was moving into. I contacted Tim D who came out and showed me the quality of the product and provided an estimate for the work I wanted done. I hired him on the spot. He was there at the appointed time the following week and installed the shelving. I must say that the product and installation exceeded my expectations. Everything is so accessible. I would not hesitate to hire Tim D to install the same system in another garage. In fact, I’ll probably be calling him in the not to far distant future for some accessories
