My husband and I came in to get our taxes filed like we do every year. However, we have never used this branch before. We were called back a couple days after our appointment because the lady doing our taxes had forgotten about a W2 and it changed our return. Worst of all when we came back in to correct the issue they took no responsibility and acted as this was normal. That our time wasn’t valuable. The delay in appointment also put my return back a couple weeks.
