Certifix Live Scan

We’ve been sending our applicants to this Certifix Live Scan locations for years, they are prompt and professional. They are always available for walk-​in services and we can count on them to submit the Live Scan transaction to the DOJ without delay or rejection. We highly recommend this location if you are looking to get a Live Scan done for your job, license or volunteer work.

In 2013 the service may have been great BUT in 2015 the CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON EXISTENT. The 3 ladies in the office need to take a Customer Service Training course. As a representative of the company they should present themselves accordingly. Not like a customer is bugging them. Don’t roll your eyes when a customer walks in and then ignore them as they stand there waiting to be acknowledged.
If you need a service that this location offers, save yourself the hassle, irritation and BAD BAD BAD customer service.

This place is ridiculous. I came during this business hours WITH the «Open» sign ON, but the door was locked shut. I looked into the window and I see two workers and one of the workers shook her head and mouthed «closed». What in the world is going on???

Great Service! Girl on the phone was very nice and once I got there she was extremely helpful.

Great service. I was in and out withing 20min. Staff was very friendly. The parking lot is small, but there is free parking across the street.
FYI $ 3 charge to use a credit card, so bring cash if you can.

They offer LiveScan services, but I used their FBI fingerprinting services. $ 25 for one set of fingerprints, and $ 40 for two sets. This has a mom and pop store kind of feel to it, and it is in a bit of a inconspicuous location, so there weren’t that many customers. In fact, there was 1 person the first time I went, and nobody the second time I used their service. I was in and out of the business within 10 minutes so it was pain-​free and wait-​free.
The ladies that work there do a great job. They also have hard copies of the fingerprinting form, so you don’t have to bring your own. 5 stars for good customer service and great efficiency!
Bill Tip: They are closed for lunch between 1 – 2, and can be opened on Sat/​Sun if you call. I haven’t tried but that’s what their website advertises!
