Richard came within 24 hours notice and did a great job. He hot mopped a walk in shower for us and also had a spare part that we were missing in his truck to help us complete the job for the day. I would refer him to any of my friends

I had two showers that needed hot mopping and after calling around, I decided to hire Richard. I’m so happy that I did. Richard was able to fit me in quickly and did a fantastic job. He is friendly, neat, and professional. The job itself took a couple of hours. A few days afterward, one of our tradesmen made a mistake with the drain and after calling Richard in a panic, he came back the next day to fix the mistake. That is true customer service!
Conclusion: Genesis Hot Mop is a wonderful new company. Richard, the owner, has over a decade of experience with hot mops. He is professional, friendly, clean, and really went out of his way to provide superior service. His rates are competitive and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. I would not hesitate to use him again and would recommend him to anyone needing a hot mop done.

I had a shower pan that needed hot mopping. I set up an appointment for an estimate and Richard was on time. His price was fair, so I had him do the work. His workmanship was clean and conscientious. I’ll use Genesis Hot Mop for any and all of my future hot mop needs and recommend them to all my family and friends.
