This place is stupid! They make you wait 30 – 40 mins just to get your name called… Pointless and their very rude. I don’t recommend going there because it’s a waste of time and you won’t get the care you need.

Worst customer service an the sales representative Anthony in this store will sure scam you! I got a galaxy s6 an iphone 5s said we would have an entry plan first bill will be free just pay taxes as long as we got a 2gb Internet plan an kept it for a month… our bill has been 210 then he said we would pay about 70 – 80 bucks a month per line. NOT TRUE… this dude is a total crook

My first time walking into a sprint store and i was not disappointed, i was helped by Derek he was so attentive and his customer service is on point! I walked in just to look around wasn’t expecting much at all, but as soon as i was approached by Derek he let me know the great promotions and had an answer to all my questions and there i was with a new phone in hand after being a long time t-mobile carrier. I will definitely be coming back because i appreciate the employees that go that extra mile just to see the customer is satisfied.

Went to sprint repair store in el monte with my phone that no one could fix. Talked to derek delgado he and the new manager Michael where so helpful, pleasant to talk to they took time to go through all the things they thought it could be .i would highly recommend this sprint store and derek when you have problems with your cellphone.

Came into the store last week looking to get an iPhone 6 Plus. I previously called in beforehand to make sure they had the iPhone 6 Plus 64 gb in stock. They said yes, but I had to come in and they would talk to me further. I come in and they try to tell me we have this promotion for a tablet, blah blah blah. I said no thank you, I just want the phone. The guy then tells me that there is a $ 180 credit of accessories that need to be purchased because the phone was reserved for someone else and that was the only way it would be let go. I was thinking to myself what kind of BS is that. I know you’re trying to make commission, but really? I just ended up ordering it online.

This place is horrible ! They have the stupidest policy where they can’t let you know if a phone you’re interested in is in stock. It’s a FKN secret, really? You must show your face in store to get the real answer … Dumb
