Worst service here. Reception is very rude. Will not come here again. Despite the long wait. They have no courtesy to patient. Went to a similar Sun Lab in Monterey park. Night and day. I came here for convenience next to my home. Not worth the time. If you’re looking for a lab. Go another place.
After talking to the reception and supervisor. It appears to me they’re lacking back office structure. They have policy that are not notified. Only one staff onsite doing multitask.
