Stopped by out of curiosity since it was on my daily route to work. Staff was very friendly, and the tacos were delicious. Ended up coming back the very next day. Unfortunately they charge extra when you pay by card, but it’s well worth the small charge. I will be coming back again for the great food!

Ok, so this is only my 2nd time having burritos in El Paso since moving here. The breakfast Huevo con Rajas with guacamole was great. The flour tortilla is handmade by 2 people, and that is all they do! The tortilla is outstanding! The gentleman who waited on us at the counter, was so customer focused. We told him it was our first time there as it took us a while to figure out what we wanted. He gave us complementary Horchata & Jamaica! Wow, those drinks were extremely flavorful. The cook down rice, and add cinnamon & sugar to make Horchata — so delicious! The Jamaica is a flower they boil in water, strain, and add sugar. Apparently, this drink is good for your liver. This is a place I’d definitely return to & bring out-of-town guests.

So I went there for breakfast today, drive thru, for the first time ever and the burritos were freaking good. House made tortillas, awesome filling, but that’s where the awesome ends. When I got to the last few bites it gushed burrito/chorizo/egg juice all over me because it was wrapped to tightly in foil at its end. Glad I carry extra clothes. The staff was incompetent, they were trying to set up a tablet ordering system while at least ten other people and myself were waiting in the drive thru. If you want to try it, have the time to sit down. This place probably won’t get my business again. Maybe you’ll have a better experience though because the food really is great.

I gave this a 5 star for the burrito business catagory. The burritos were great the service was fast and curtious. I left with a full stomach. It is very easy to spot from the road, the outside of the building is yellow. I insist if you are near the area to grab a burrito from here.

I’ve been meaning to try Crisostomo for a while as I’ve heard good things. Unfortunately, I really don’t get all the praise. I can see the value of Criso in the speed of food production, low cost, and ease of its to-go drive thru. But the food is only so-so at best. They serve bfast(in addition to rest of menu) until 1100. And I was starving so I ordered the mole burrito and eggs and chorizo. Positives first. Tortilla was very fresh(you could see them making the tortillas inside). For the price, you get a lot of food. Its been mentioned before but I’ll repeat it, credit cards add an additional charge(for my order it was just .50 cents tho) so use cash if you got it. When I ordered, the only customization(that I was offered at least) was beans or no beans. I got beans on both. I ordered their lemonade cause I had read it was really good. Food was out in less than 3 minutes. Ok now for the less than good. They offer two salsas, red and verde. Both were extremely watery and lacked flavor. Red sauce def had some heat to it but the texture and lack of flavor really turned me off. The lemonade needed more sugar and lemon as tasted like water with just a hint a lemon. I found both the mole and the chorizo and egg to just be very bland. I felt like I was eating a tortilla with some paste in side of it. Extremely greasy paste. I like the idea of Crisostomo and they have an extensive menu so I imagine I’ll give it another shot in the future. But I was not impressed today.

When looking for cheap, fast, absolutely delicious, and fresh burritos on the west side of EP this place has it! Homemade fresh tortillas with very flavorful refried beans. I love that they warn you how spicy some items can be. Their Barbacoa is the best one I’ve tried even in Juarez! Ordered a large amount for 8 family members, still came out very quick, hot, and delicious for less than $ 30! How often can you feed that many people for so cheap and full of deliciousness! Will be a regular here from now on!

This place is extremely good! The customer service is always great! The guy that works in the drive thru is always nice and gives really good service. I love their tortillas, idk what they put in them but they are just delicious! Also their Jamaica water is good, I ordered a large and it was ginormous! If you want a large just get a medium! their barbacoa burritos are super good, not greasy at all, also they have good mole burritos!!! The place is just great!

i was really excited to try this place and was very disappointed. I ordered picadillo burrito and a bistec burrito. The tortillas were good, but filling was cold. There was no salsa to put on anything and the employees were just joking around with each other, paying no attention to the below par food that was being served. Maybe it’s better for breakfast…

The food is okay but I would not trust this company with credit card information. Within minutes of using my card to buy lunch through the drive-thru a cashier used my name off of my credit to find my personal facebook account(even though I don’t use my full name on facebook). This is a serious breach of customer rights, not to mention creepy. Be cautious when using your card here.

Not happy with service, ordered a burrito, waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, get to window to pay and then they tell me they don’t have the ingredients for the burrito I ordered, left without any food. :(

Any place that«charges» you to use your debit card for a service fee, is wrong. Welcome to the digital age Crisostomo!

I came here on 4th of July before I was heading out to White Sands. The service is great, I can’t believe how attentive they are for a fast food restaurant. Since I was starving, I ordered the Mole, Lengua and Huevo con Rajas. Both Lengua and Huevo are good, but the best one is probably the Mole, IMO. My only«complain» is the coffee is boiling hot, I almost burned myself even after I left it cool off for few mins. Great joint for breakfast, highly recommend it.

This is a Juarez institution since the last 20+ years, and I’m delighted that it’s now on the Westside of El Paso. The flour tortillas are made by hand and delicious, they are honest to goodness the best flour tortillas that I’ve tasted(and they taste identical to the original Juarez recipe). The guisados(burrito fillings) are less spicy and have a milder flavor than their original recipe… BUT, that is a GOODTHING! I prefer a less spicy guisado and the company took into consideration that this is an American market. The aguas frescas are delicious and refreshing. I was told that the tamarindo and jamaica are not available anymore, because they can’t import the product they use or find a comparable source here in El Paso and you know what? THATISGOODBUSINESSSENSE. They aren’t willing to downgrade in flavor or quality. Bottom line: If you are looking for authentic, slow cooked, Mexican food with fast food convenience… look no further.

First and most importantly is the fact that Crisostomo’s limonada is seriously on point. Top notch, on point. Try it! Oh and if you want it for FREE, just check in on Facebook. I haven’t been inside, but this is the place that everyone talks about on Unilocal so I needed to try it. Luckily this one is on the way to my work and I find myself craving burritos(at an amazing price) almost every morning. I’ve tried the Pork in Red Chile Sauce, Potato with Cheese, and a Beef something or other(I’m fully aware the names are actually in Spanish, but whenever I use the names of dishes in Spanish Unilocal marks my review as a Spanish review… it’s just confusing for everyone). I’ve liked all the ones I’ve tried and I’m quite fond of their tortillas… do they sell those things by themselves? I’ll seriously buy a pack. Or four. This place moves fast too. You order, drive up, pay, BAM… there’s your food all hot and what not. Great place to pick up a burrito or two, especially if you’re on the run.

Great customer service! :) Burritos are good I just wished they were bigger and had more variety inside. I ended up joining two burritos chorizo and egg with potatoes and it was still pretty small. Yes, the burritos are around $ 2.00 but like I said before they are small but if you’re on a budget it’s better than eating junk at a dollar menu.

After driving past this place almost everyday on North Mesa, I finally stopped in for a burrito. I was tempted to try a barbacoa burrito from reading other reviews, but decided to try something new and ordered a deshabrada burrito(shredded brisket with Anaheim pepper, potatoe, and tomatoe). I ordered dine in, and picked up my food within 2 minutes. Like their slogan says, «slow food, served fast». You can’t get a better burrito for $ 2.20. I’m glad I also ordered a medium horchata. There was definitely some kick to the deshabrada. It’s great that there’s a drive through. Next time I need a quick bite, I’ll be back for the barbacoa burrito.

Great breakfast burritos. I especially liked the green chili one. The tortillas have that great crispy texture that lets you know they’re fresh. At $ 2 – 3 each it’s almost highway robbery. I also like that the sausage one is called the weenie.

Ohhhh yeah — juicy and flavorful meat stuffed into house-made tortillas… yessssss! On our El Paso vacation, my sister-in-law and brother-in-law mentioned that Crisostomo is very popular across the border and luckily opened up not too far from their house. We originally went by at 7:55PM on Saturday night to find it closing down(bummer) but decided it would be lunch on Sunday. Sunday, we all peered at the online menu. Everyone wanted to try 2 burritos but I was not sure how big they would be. We got the orders(the in-laws wanted breakfast ones but it was after 11AM, so we got contingent orders figuring breakfast would be over, which it was). We were greeted with a hearty«Buenos tardes!» and proceeded to order 7 burritos and 2 horchatas. The staff seemed amused with us because we ordered so many for 2 people, but it was really for 4 people and we took it to go. You can choose to add frijoles for free to each burrito. They did not have guacamole unfortunately, which would only have been 50 cents per side order. Burritos are around $ 3 and there are 15 different flavors after breakfast(3 specialty, 12 regular menu) plus 3 breakfast ones. We got 3 chicken mole, 1 lengua, 1 barbacoa, 1 deshebrada, and 1 chile relleno. When we got back to the house, the s-i-l and b-i-l loved their horchata. My b-i-l said the deshebrada was spicy. The lengua was my choice and it was juicy, tender, and included diced potatoes and green chiles. Mmmmm! It had a little zing to it. Eric R. promised to share his barbacoa with me, and he said it was the hardest thing he ever did to give up half of it to share! It was very yummy, oozing with grease but heck, we only live once! The meat melted in the mouth. I would definitely come back here — it is quick, cheap, and tasty. CASHONLY!
