Comfort Suites

Really nice just had a couple negatives.
1. Inconsistent wifi
2. Found gum blocking the peep hole.

I loved staying here! I like how they are so clean and the beds were so comfortable! It was the best hotel ive stayed in. The breakfast is free & great as well compared to other hotels that have breakfast. I would definately recommend anyone to stay here. Had no problems at all. :)

Clean and comfortable. My so and I are driving back to college. After a 10 hour day of driving it was a relief to find such an affordable, clean place to stay!

This place gets a solid 4 star rating. It’s one of the nicer Choice Hotels offerings not too far away from UTEP. It’s really not that far away from a 5 star but the little things wrong do add up. On the plus side there is good water pressure, working ice machines and the rooms aren’t old and stinky. The mattresses are so-​so but the suite I had was spacious. The WIFI however was pretty crappy and as a business traveler that is important. Plenty of good channels on the TV and being right off Mesa there are plenty of decent places to eat nearby. The people working there were very nice and there was no hassle when I had to extend my visit by a day. Parking can be a hassle. The floors and ceilings tho are as thin as can be. I haven’t been to many hotels where the rooms directly above can make so much noise. Be prepared to hear your upstairs neighbor loud and clear at whatever hours they keep.

Only one negative: Wi-​Fi is spotty at best but that’s normal for most hotels. Good enough for basic web browsing, but that’s about it.

Very nice & cozy! Friendly front desk staff. I stayed here for one night while on a business trip. This hotel is conveniently located right off I-​10, with direct access to shopping, gas, site-​seeing and restaurants. I was very happy with the location & overall feel of the hotel. My stay was very pleasant & the room was very clean. I like that there was a fridge & microwave in the room and that there was an indoor pool & jacuzzi.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the bathroom. It’s a little outdated and the way the door open is a little awkward. It is right in your face if you’re sitting on the toilet & you can’t push it back, as there is a stopper there to prevent it from hitting the tub. Also, the lighting in the room is extremely dim, which was a bummer for me as a female trying to apply makeup.
Overall, very nice hotel. I would stay there again but they need better lighting.

This was a very nice hotel — probably one of the nicest I had been in awhile. The staff was very accommodating and helped resolved a billing issue very quickly. Well worth the money and we would definitely stay here again.

I originally had booked a different place to stay but when I saw the reviews for the Comfort Suites on Unilocal I cancelled where I was booked and decided to here. It was the right choice. This hotel is clean and the people are courteous. Breakfast was had some nice additions like hard boiled eggs, already peeled! :-)
We usually try and stay at Embassy Suites and I think we will change and start to stay with Comfort Suites more. We are a large family and it accommodates us fine. AND the high speed internet is included, which is not at Embassy.

This is one of the nicer roo. s I’ve had including at Springhill and the Fairfield hotels. I have to say it is also quieter that both forementioned hotels and very clean.

Keeping in mind that this is the Choice Hotel chain and not an upper level, high end resort chain, this hotel deserves 5 stars. My family and I have done extensive cross-​country USA travel the past few months and compared to other properties in the chain, this hotel is at the top! The rooms were very clean and adequately spacious. The staff was helpful and efficient. The hotel furnishings, décor and hallways were nicely updated. The rooms were quiet, Several things stood out above other hotels though:
Multiple pillows were on the bed and were identified as firm or soft!
Four complete sets of towels were available in the room at check in! Not the usual 2.
The bed linens were of good quality and made the bed feel almost luxury level on the pillow top mattress.
The breakfast room was spacious and had many seats and tables. Breakfast included the usual fare plus more. Cooked eggs, not just hard boiled, whip cream and strawberries for the waffles. Fresh grapefruit halves!
The lovely indoor pool included a jacuzzi which is unusual.
The fitness room was small but had plenty equipment.
The lobby was well appointed.
Plenty of free parking.
This place was clean, clean, clean!
There were a few negatives: mattress was a little lumpy on one side, the pool had no emergency phone, the pool was too hot as though it was spa temperature.
I highly recommend this hotel for any traveler. For only $ 10 more than our preceding night, our stay was 100% improved! And that was a comparison to another hotel in the same Choice Hotel Chain!
When back in El Paso we will choose this hotel again!

One of the absolutely nicest hotels I’ve stayed at especially for the price I stayed in room 302 and everything was excellent including the free breakfast. The price of the room was $ 116 for a double queen after the taxes. The room was very clean and spacious. Most definitely would stay there again.
