They were scheduled from 1 – 5 to service my dishwasher. I don’t get off of work until 2pm. Lady from Coronado called and said they could only make it from 1 – 2 because the repairman had to be back in the westside before 3. Instead of remedying the situation, she said«We’ll just cancel the service, we actually don’t do that many calls on the east side of town, it’s too far». Wow great customer service! So to get things straight, if they say 1 – 5 and then call you to give you a specific time, why give you a time span?

lets start this out from the very beginning, i have a Bosch dishwasher that was purchased from lowes in 09 that recently had its pump go out. I figured let’s call the lowes service department and go with their recommended service company sadly it was my luck it was this outfit. i schedule my appointment with them on friday june 21 from the hours of 1pm-5pm. friday 5:15 rolls around and no service technician. I called their office to find out why and their reasoning was yes i did have an appointment but they forgot to assign the call to a technician and that they would reschedule for monday. No real apology just well reschedule. My employer isn’t the kind of employer that lets you do half days. you either show up or you don’t so in the end i had to miss 2 days of work because of these jokers in their office. Monday june 24 rolls around and their service technician shows up. i wish i remember the guys name because he was actually good. he came in ran the machine for 5 minutes and told me it was the pump. he pulled the pump out and ran it dry to show that the pump’s motor works with out the weight of water but the second you and water the pump motor slips. cool he was quick, professional and explained what was wrong. He left and told me the office would be calling the next day with a quote. Well a week and half passes by and no call. the technician calls me him self and asked if i still wanted to get it repaired, i replied that i was very much interested in getting it repaired but no one ever called me back, he seemed a little upset by the fact that the office didn’t even bother following up on call and promised me he would order the part as soon as we hung up and to be expecting a call by the end of the week to schedule the install. The week ends and no call until the following monday when the office calls me in the morning to let me know some one is on the way to install pump, luckily it was my day off. The guy shows up with a dolly to pick up machine because he was told it was a pick up call and not a service call so there for did not have the pump on hand to replace the bad one. he takes my dishwasher and drives off. no lets roll over to yesterday when i got a call from the office asking if i was home because my machine is ready and a guy is on his way to my house. i never scheduled they just decided i would be free and they could just show up unannounced. i told i was not available and would have to be done today. Here comes the grand finale they just dropped off my washer. exciting right. i mean they literally just dropped it off. they did not reinstall the washer they pulled out from kitchen. when i asked why they couldn’t install it i was told by the guys who brought it that they where tv repair guy and weren’t sure how install it. fair enough its not your field of work totally understand, but why would you send a tv repair technician to deliver and install a dishwasher that in no way shape or form is like a tv? in the end I lost 400 in wages from work and 200 in repairs. Am i pissed off, you bet so my advice for you to STAYAWAY from these clowns. You’ll have better results if you picked a guy up from the home depot parking lot or taking it to Juarez. Or if your lucky enough to find the first technician i dealt with and asking him to do the job on the side out side of work because as a company these people are worthless Oh and my machine still doesn’t work

This company supposedly is set up to «fix» appliances like our refrigerator but let me promise you, they don’t. They will take their sweet time, cut you short on the phone, argue with you about why its justified they gauged, scratched and dented your expensive appliance, they won’t follow up with you and they are liars! I have been without my LG fridge for almost 1 month and I’m 6 months pregnant. Can you imagine what it is like to have no fridge in your house for that long? We have spent a fortune going out to eat because we don’t have the luxury of cold food in our home, especially trying to maintain a healthy pregnancy. I went to Home Depot and explained what happened to the store manager and he immediately gave me an even exchange for my fridge and said he would take it up with Coronado because I have already been through way too much and should have never been treated like that. I will finally get my new fridge tomorrow, after 28 days this will finally be over. In the process of all this I have spent hours on the phone with Home Depot warranty and LG of America and they both agreed that Coronado is at fault you should never put a fridge on its back, it should have never left our home. Coronado lied and said it wouldn’t hurt the fridge’s compressor but that was a lie! They further damaged it and told me they wouldn’t order a compressor, I only needed a sensor. Home Depot’s warranty company did not want to exchange my fridge because they were pinching their pennies and did not want to write my fridge off, I was at their mercy until I went face to face with the store manager and he understood how unethical Coronado was treating our family.
