I ordered a bag of the zeofill crystals for our artificial turf after speaking with a very helpful gentleman from their company on Thursday. On the site– it says next day shipping, which I probably wrongly assumed was the case for superior green turf. When I wrote them to inquire about the status of the shipment, because I had not yet received it– they just asked me to refer to their shipping information on the site, instead of what would be a simple — yes your shipment is on its way and should get there by _____. I tried to locate superior green turf(this was the name included in the email correspondence on the distributor list in so cal). I could not find them on the distributor list(I’m guessing the company is a different name), and thus could not review their shipping policies. Because we need the product today(we are going out of the country for tomorrow), my husband just drove to Armstrong garden center in westchester and bought the bags himself. I then emailed the company to tell them I could not find the shipping policies and to just please cancel my order. The response was«your order has already been shipped, you’ll have to return when you get it and pay the return shipping fees.» Needless to say I am not pleased with the quality(or lack thereof) of customer service.
