To be honest, if you could avoid going there, I said do it. The employees there look miserable and all around its bad vibes. Hospitality does not exist there. No «hello’s» or «goodbyes». I was assisted by the rudest one there (I was already having bad juju that day so of course just my luck) she had no shame in showing me that she was judging me from the start, because she’s 55 and at «the job of her dreams» and I’m just a 21 year old kid. The whole time I tried keeping a smile but darn that lady did not let me have it. But they do get the job done so one star for that :)

I’d give this place a negative rating If it was possible. Three times I was given false information about the documents needed to obtain a handicapped placard for my mother. The third time, an unbelievably nasty employee took her yellow highlighter and with great drama highlighted the parts of the document that had been filled out «wrong.» I finally went to the County Tax office and they said that all of my documents were in order and they couldn’t understand what would have caused Express to tell me that the form was filled out wrong and that I didn’t have proper documentation. It’s worth driving downtown from the west side to avoid dealing with these incompetent and mean people.
