I called them because my brand new dishwasher was backing up with water from the sink. He came out (I think he was a plumber) he looked under the sink and said nothing wrong, probably the hose was laying on the floor so he clamped it and charged me 90 $$. Next day, it is still backing up with water. Time to call a real plumber

These guys are great. They arrived exactly at the beginning of the timeframe they said they would, and got to work right away. They kept everything neat (even AS they worked), and conducted surgery on the water heater like proper professionals. They had good dispositions and kept me updated on what they were doing, how they were going to do it, and how to possibly avoid issues in the future.
I think there are cheaper options out there, and honestly, the lady on the phone who set up the appointment wasn’t exactly super sweet, but the actual service experience and result are worth the price.

Jeff’s Westside Plumbing is very fast and very efficient.
I just moved into my new home, and right away I found a leak (every new homeowners nightmare!). The leak was outside under the driveway. I had seen Jeff’s trucks all around town, so I decided to call them. It was around noon and the lady on the phone said they would stop by between 3 and 5. It was much quicker than that, and they called in advance to let me know they were on their way. The workers were very pleasant. They told me I had to contact a leak detection company first, since the leak was underground and then they would come back and fix it. So, after the leak detection guys went on Saturday morning I called Jeff’s; however, on Saturdays they work on overtime hours, so they advised me to turn my water off when I wasn’t using it and scheduled an appointment on Monday morning. They arrived at my house at around 11 am, and by a little after noon had repaired the leak. They were very fast, and they aren’t too expensive either. Very professional.
The only reason why I’m not giving them 5 stars is because they said they would bill me, and yet they called me a couple of hours later to ask for my credit card information. I wanted to pay out of my checking account, which the lady said they could pick up a check later, but she was very adamant in me paying at the moment (which I understand). Other than that, it was a fantastic job.
