Started off really rocky here. Needed to get fitted for a wedding and I visited this place 3 times before they actually fitted me. Each time they would tell me to come back later or another day. The first time they were really busy and I understood but the second time there were no customers yet they still asked me to come back another day. After those failed attempts they gave me an «appointment» for which they still made me wait 40 mins. Come to find out the only reason I waited was because the employee’s shift was over but the next shift was late. All I needed was to get fitted. It took 15 minutes overall and I waited for 40 mins. Then the employee who was ready to leave didn’t even leave she stayed talking to the next shift guy. Overall a big waste of time. They were nice and quick when attending to me but the employee asked me for the store code from the Dallas location I was picking it up from. Shouldn’t they have that information? We managed to pull it up only because the groom happened to be with me. Other than that I probably wouldn’t have been able to get fitted. Very odd customer service and experience for such a high priced purchase.
