We were passing by the state and saw they had a Krispy Kreme so we decided why not grab a box for the road. The doughnuts tasted really good, as they should, and the guy working there gave us fresh glazed! We also got a free doughnut for walking in! I’m only giving it 4 stars as I wish they had more of a variety, but it’s not a deal breaker by any means.

What more can be said about Krispy Kreme. You know what your getting when you go here, fluffy doughnuts that feel like your biting into a sugary cloud! It’s good and I like the way they personalize and embrace the local community by making UTEP colored, football doughnuts. But other than that, it’s just a doughnut. Maybe it’s my palate and flair for the local spots but I’d much rather go to a panadería and get pan dulce. More flavorful, better variety, and you don’t feel like you just ate a mouth full of sugar. Overall, if your in the mood for a classic cup of joe and doughnut, this is the spot for you. If you’re looking for something sweet but unique, I’d head to a panadería and get an empanada!

Horrible service. Extremely long wait in the drive-thru, with no one else in line. Order correct on the receipt, completely opposite in the box. Double check your order — and make sure you leave yourself plenty of time… you’ll be waiting in the drive/thru line for nearly ever.

The donuts here aren’t very fresh tasting. The doughnuts aren’t stale or anything but It seems like they just reheat the donuts and turn the hot sign on all day.

The doughnuts here are so good. When you get down you are given a free glazed doughnut. It’s like an appetizer doughnut, it was warm and tastes fresh. These doughnut bring happiness and a nice fuzzy feeling when it is eaten with coffee or milk.

I don’t get it. I don’t find the donuts at Krispy Kreme any more delicious or awesome than others. They sell donuts. The donuts are ok. I’m more of a Dunkin Donuts fan, I guess. The glaze on KK donuts seems too sugary and sweet. Not my thing, I guess, but I’m apparently in the minority.

They have their doughnut making skills on point! Soft, warm, sugary goodness oh my! & the staff is OK. The man making the doughnuts in the back is super nice though and even gave me a free doughnut because the red light was on. :)

I can’t confirm or deny what Bruce F. has said in his review. I’ve gone a few times to this location, but usually I just take my free doughnut and get a couple of lemon filled and cream filled. I’ve never had an issue with the doughnuts here and I do keep coming back, but I’ll definitely keep an eye out for this freshness dilemma. The staff here is usually pretty fast and everyone always seems to be in a good mood. Doughnut places on the westside are very limited(Krispy Kreme or Dunkin) so this is where I find myself mostly. It’s Krispy Kreme, I just can’t be mad at it.

WARNING: Despite appearances from the outside, and the always-on red«HOTDOUGHNUTSNOW» neon sign, this is NOT a Krispy Kreme Doughnut bakery where hot, fresh doughnuts are made and served. This location purchases doughnuts from a Krispy Kreme bakery across town on the east side of El Paso(about 20 miles away). When you order doughnuts here, they run cold, pre-made doughnuts through a warmer, and then glaze them. They are nowhere near the same as purchasing the fresh, hot doughnuts that are only served at Krispy Kreme doughnut bakeries. I first encountered one of these frauds in Florida. My thought then as now is: I cannot believe this company would water down its reputation by luring unsuspecting customers in and then selling re-warmed doughnuts, pawning them off as if they’re the same as hot and fresh.
