Neighbors Emergency Center

my daughter was having stomach pains and throwing up and once we got here it was great. the staff and doctors were great and got treated right away and it was barely there first grand opening week !

On Christmas Eve, I, unfortunately, had to visit this urgent care center. I cannot begin to describe the excellent customer service I received from the moment I walked in. The staff, nurses, and Dr. Miller were all very communicative and gave me clear updates throughout my four hour stay. As difficult as it was to be there during a holiday, they made it the best they could for me. The following day I even received a phone call from them to check on my status. I highly recommend Neighbors on Zaragoza.

First time I visited and had a great experience here. Neighbors emergency took care of my sinusitis infection with almost no waiting, along with the nurse being very attentive and the doctor meeting my needs. Excellent medical services!

was hurting and didn’t want to wait in the er at the hospital thank god for the convince of having neighbors around i live on the upper far east on edgemere they are building another neighbors location so i thought to my self why not go try the location on zaragoza got there around 8:00 and was greated by the friendly the friendly front desk. fill out paper work and was call very fast called in they took my vitals and send me straight to a room. the doctor showed up introduced herself as samara bowen very polite and nice person she put attention to the details of my problem. ran the most thorough test. the rn’s were great as well attending every little complaint and explaning the process. the facility is very nice, clean and we’ll equipped. so end of story i was extremely helped and satisfied with their service i strongly recommend going to neighbor’s emergency center.

On a busy Halloween Saturday night, we visited the El Paso Neighbors ER (1540 N Zargosa) for my son’s broken arm. Not only did we have excellent service from the friendly staff and doctors but we were in and out in less than an hour!
