How lovely, the guy making the pizzas with his bare hands when to give the cashier change(touched money) and didn’t wash his hands when returning back to make pizzas. I’ll be sure to avoid this place next time… How unfortunate since it’s super close to when I live. Didn’t even get a receipt either.

It’s like they don’t know what they’re doing running a business. Not only have I had several(6) mess ups on my orders in the past year, but my pizza is currently 45 minutes late. I ordered online and I called to make sure nothing had happened to the driver. I ordered for a delivery at noon, around 8 am this morning. It is now 12:45 so I called. I got the manager. I asked what was up. He said they’d been busy because of lots of orders(imagine that, lots of orders on a Friday). No problem, stuff happens. He assured me that my pizza was going to be here«momentarily». Then he hung up on me. That’s when I got irritated. Not even an apology? I don’t want money off, I don’t want free vouchers, but can you at least apologize when I’ve waited 45 minutes longer with no courtesy call? Lousy customer service right there, especially from the manager that runs the place. So, we’ll be picking up at Viscount I guess from now on. Don’t get me wrong, this place isn’t crawling with roaches or a crack house, but it’s mis-managed, possibly understaffed and the multiple mess ups on ¾ths of my orders? I’m done.

I was just reviewing my delivery Papa John’s, where I cashed in my free Super Bowl pizza, and I just figured I’d review this is the location as well, since its the one I usually get take out from. Papa John’s is my favorite delivery/take-out pizza chain, and this location has yet to let me down, so 4-stars!
