I’ve been here a few times and I’ve been to the one in Albuquerque. The food is great at both, but the service here needs a little work. I hope the owner or manager reads this because you staff need some ‘Server 101′ training. I’ve run a restaurant for over a decade. The soup always comes before the meal, you always ask before you remove a plate and if you see a guest obviously looking around for their server, you go tell that person to check on me. I looked at a server(not mine) standing in the doorway of the galley looking over the dinning room. He looked right at me, I pointed to my empty glass(mixed drink) and he quickly looked away. We locked eyes, I know he saw me. Yet he didn’t go tell my server I needed a refill. My server didn’t appear for at least 10 – 15 minutes. Again, the food and drinks are AWESOME, but the servers need some retraining. I will be back again, I just hope the service improves.

My husband and I had our 20th wedding anniversary meal here and it was wonderful. Great food and service. Loved the atmosphere. We really enjoyed our night out.

Ok, so I’ve been here several times, 3 of which we ate dinner. The food continues to be great with a nice selection of fish & seafood. Their servings are great decent portions. The live music is a nice touch on Wednesdays & Thursday’s. Their wedge salad is outstanding! They have Early Bird Specials for those who have smaller appetites. The biggest complaint I have is that it is so dark and the carpeting needs to be replaced! Please make it brighter & change your carpeting! Ugh! If you made these changes you might get the younger crowd!

Great atmosphere, a little dark inside but it’s got a nice ambiance. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the entrée. The service was good, the manager came by the table to make sure everything was ok. The only issue was the prime rib, it was over cooked.

What I like to do is play waiter roulette. Waiter roulette is when you tell the waiter I want you to order whatever you would order and don’t tell me what it is just bring it to me. Almost always it turns out as good as it did tonight. I shared a meal with my aunt and we both did waiter roulette in fact she taught me waiter roulette. The waitress brought out king crab legs with a baked potato for one meal and lobster and filet mingon with vegetables for the other. I can absolutely say this is the best meal I have ever had in my life. The crab legs were perfectly sweet and savory. I would dip it into butter heated under a candle that made everything so much better. The filet mingon was delicious not the best I have ever had but it was up there. The lobster was absolutely phenomenal it was perfectly succulent and the best I have ever had. The vegetables had no words to even describe how good they were. This is by far the best meal I have ever had. I highly recommend you order the king crab legs and lobster with vegetables you will not regret it!!!

Friday night out with the family. Our first time dining here! We arrived just before 7pm. The waiting time we were given was 15 mins. We were brought to our table in less than 5 mins. Our server Amber greeted us shortly after, brought our drinks and took our appetizer order(calamari). That came out 3 mins later! We ordered Chilean Sea Bass and Fish Tacos while the kiddos ate their usual, Chicken and fries. We grabbed a last minute dish, The Rockefeller Oysters were the best we’ve had! Everything came out in a timely manner and so delicious! Amber was pleasant and on top of our water refills. We enjoyed our four course meal. The pricing was to be expected for a seafood restaurant. We will be dining here again! Thanks Amber!

We went here for our Valentine’s dinner 2015 a day early. I hadnt been here in years so i wasnt sure what we would get. Well we walked in and i got the feeling of an olé dingy restaurant. Once we were setted my experience changed 360. The service was fantastic, the freshness and proportions were tops, the beer and drinks suburb, and the food outstanding. An awesome choice for romantic dinner n drinks evening out. Id give it a 4 star if it wasnt for the age of the place. But overall very good time.

This is the second time I have eaten here, the last time being one year ago. The atmosphere here is actually nice, and I like the dark atmosphere as it made for a more intimate setting. The service was great for an American restaurant(I prefer to be left alone by the wait staff unless I ask for them) but the service was still good here none the less. Food is standard average at best restaurant food. Pre made reheated bread Bagged Salad Blandish Soups Overly seasoned-sugared entrees A solid 2 stars for being less then average because ultimately what matters is the FOOD!

The food is usually great, but in all of the times I have been to this resturant the biggest problem is the bartenders! They can’t make a mixed drink to save their lives! I just go so me where else if I want a drink with dinner! I have sent them back n the past, and had them re-make them to no avail. If you drink beer you would probably be fine. Just don’t ask for a mixed drink! What you get will not be what you expect!

Decent steak, great mac and cheese on the side! They seemed to be out of ice when we were there, my friend kept getting his sodas refilled with less and less ice which was weird. The 5 of us had a good time, and they were pretty crowded while we were there. I wouldn’t mind coming back for dinner another time I’m in town!

I just ate dinner tonight at this restaurant with my family, there were 7 of us. We have dined at this restaurant many times over the years. My rating will reflect this visit. The service was excellent, the waitress was very attentive, polite, friendly and knowledgable. None of our glasses remained empty for very long and she was so eager to please. The food in General was fair. I had to send my steak back because it was over cooked. The manager apologized and 20 minutes later brought me a perfectly cooked medium rare NY steak. My father ordered the trout piccata and complained that his dish was very dry and tasted like paper. Kids were happy with the fries and chicken fingers. My wife and sister both had Salmon and were happy with it. I gave it three stars because food inconsistency and atmosphere needs work. I found restaurant dingy, dark and outdated looking. Atmosphere could use a major facelift.

Clean eating area. I did not visit the restroom. Sat at the bar and had 2 beers and an appetizer. I ordered the steak tips that came with fries. The meat was flavorful and the large steak fries were generous. Couldn’t finish. The bartender was nice and helpful in informing what dishes were good. This place is mainly for sea food which I did not have. So this review may not be helpful. I would return.

Fried fish, salads, and appetizers were good, but as others have said, it ain’t exactly cheap, but seafood ain’t cheap when you are not near a body of water. The décor leaves a little to be desired, it is dark inside, and it reminds me of a cheesy Florida seafood restaurant, with the wooden posts, ropes, and boat motif

Probably should be 2.5 stars right in the middle leaning towards not the great. I started with the Mexican shrimp cocktail. Basically a half dozen shrimp in a glass of V-8 with a green onion. For dinner I had the Chilean Sea Bass. I love sea bass and was looking forward to the entrée. It was not bad but was definitely lacking flavor. maybe if it had been grilled. The service was attentive and friendly. The worst part was how dark the restaurant is. If you dine here, I recommend bringing a small LED flashlight to read the menu.

Always a good visit when in town. A favorite amongst our travel group — everything from salads, a great steak to crab legs! A strong finish with the famous Mud Pie! The service was friendly and efficient — very consistent with every visit.
