Roxanne is amazing. I had a mishap with my new growth and she was so prompt and professional in helping me correct the color! I highly recommend her!!!

What a joke! The educators are so clueless and rude! First off, I called to ask if bringing my 7 ½ month old daughter was okay (I don’t know people here and my husband is away –no babysitter) and was told it’s perfectly fine so I proceeded to book my appointment. upon arrival, I sat in the chair and showed the educator a picture of what I wanted done. She only noticed one of the colors and not the lightener, and even debated with me and tried to tell me my hair was that same color, wrong! My hair is an 8 gold, that was a platinum blonde. Anyways, before even starting the service, they explained to me that they can’t do my hair if I have my daughter here. EXCUSE ME!!! I was pissed and told her I called and asked before booking an appointment and now that I’ve wasted my time and gas I’m told that’s not okay? I guess it’s for the best, like I said, the educators are clueless… Probably would’ve jacked the color up.
