Would give it a zero but it requires at least one star. Came here for some meal prep for the week and when I came to pick it up they didn’t even have my order on file. Had to re order on site. Now this would be no problem if I lived on this side of town but I’m from the west side which is a ridiculous drive to begin with. So I re order and they tell me 20 minutes so I said okay and waited over an hour for my food. Wasn’t only disappointing but an inconvenience. Will not be coming back, thanks but no thanks.

This is no globo-gym. No gimmicks,. no toostie rolls, and all sorts of judgement, I kid, I kid. This is your basic garage type gym,. There is more weight equipmernt here than cardio equipment. The few cardio machines a rarely functional all at the same time. It is all about the gains here. The gym is two levels, with the lower level dedicated to squat racks, tons of free weights and other equipment. The upper level there are a couple of treadmills and ellipticals. They also have 2 stair masters. Tons of bodybuilding competitors train here to include owner, Mike Gracey. You will find men and women alike dropping weights, grunting, and flexing in the mirror on any given day. There are tons of trainers with varying training styles. Talk to someone at the front desk to guide you on your first visit. Pros: 24hr access Lots of trainers Trainer NOT required Meals are available for purchase Discounts offered No annual contract Cons: only one group fitness class Old equipment Hot during the winter months poor ventilation so it always has a sweaty smell No frills or thrills gym, all about the weight training LUNKS are welcomed

Facebook page: The facility has tripled in size over the past couple of months and there are more fit people in this«smaller» gym then any of the franchise gyms. The trainers are always there working with people(available for one on one instruction for $) They also have an adult bootcamp available Mon-Thu at 6:00PM ran by Laura cost for the additional bootcamp on top of gym membership is like $ 20 a month. Regular gym membership is $ 40, but the owner(Mike) an NPC competitor and medalist offers military/government discounts. They also have a kids fitness class available and fit fuel grill which allows you to place orders for a customized meal plan and 24⁄7 access to the gym. SOWITHALLTHIS why only 4 stars vs. 5? They are getting better but the way the facility is ran could be done better, some of the equipment treadmills are older and some don’t work, the trainers should wear something to identify them as staff for new people there who don’t know who they are.
