I haven’t been to this location for years. But I had a training in the area and wanted to get a quick bite before driving back to the office. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. Especially given the lackluster reviews. I parked and ate in my car. I do have to mention that when you order, speakers are set WAY too loud. Other than that; the people who greeted me were nice and my order came out quick and was fresh.

I am in complete agreeance with this post!!! Oh Sonic :(I had such high hopes and I was disappointed. :( So we don’t really have any Sonic’s in the Los Angeles area, but yet we get their commercials sometimes. I’m not even sure where the closest one is! Anyway, we’re here in El Paso for business travel, and the co-worker says let’s go and hit Sonic for lunch. I get a grilled chicken sandwich, tater tots, the $ 1 chicken fingers sandwich, and a strawberry shake for lunch. They also serve breakfast any time of the day as well. The coolest part is that the waitress was on roller skates, which is pretty insane carrying all that food, since she had both of our meals. We bring our orders back to the office to consume; however, it ended up being quite disappointing. The chicken fingers were dry and not tasty. The tater tots were really really salty, so salty that even my coworker was complaining about them. The grilled chicken sandwich was also pretty dry. Other than that, the shake was pretty good. I had some higher expectations since the commercials made the food look so tasty; however, it really was below average except for the shake. #dobettersonic

Need to work on customer service. Last time I was there, I ordered a slush. They gave me the wrong flavor which was later replaced with a surprise. My slush had a big peace of clear plastic inside of it. I will not be going back to that location any time soon.

Worst Sonic ever. 20 mins for a Limeade & Slush! I then ordered 4 corn dogs. We were having a good time just shooting the breeze, just to realize another 20 minutes have passed. We left w/o our food.

It was okay,. They really need to work on the people at the drive thru. The guy that took my money had a giant marijuana tattoo on his arm among other things. not particularly family friendly there. Come on, long sleeves please, I got the green chili cheese burger combo. The burger was good for the price, the tater tots were little pillows of grease. The medium Dr. Pepper was flat. Eh.maybe a bad day.

Look people. When an employee sees a vagrant going from car to car, asking for money, he needs to do something about it, ok? That could have just as easily been a robber. Got me not wanting to do anything but the drive thru.
