Speaking Rock Entertainment Center

Good place to play some slot machines and have a meal. Food is actually pretty and there is constantly games in the tvs which I like. Good job trying to make gambling entertainment and things to do grow in El paso!

I am not one who likes to give negative reviews but this place is a dump. Speaking Rock is dirty and stinks of concentrated cigarette, you and your clothes will smell once you leave the establishment. The security at the front door is also extremely rude. I would highly recommend you stay away. I hear they will be building a new casino and I hope it’s up to par.

I went there with my son for Shinedown concert. I have been here before and had a good experience. The resteraunt had very poor service this time. The waitress seemed unable to understand english very well. That was not the problem, however. She never once refilled our drinks or asked if the meal was ok. It was not ok as my steak tampico was supposed to have green chile on top and it did not. Then she refused to bring us our check. I had to go up to the register to get it. All the waitresses (4 – 5) were standing around laughing and gossiping. I still left a good tip but I shouldn’t have done it. Never going back.

Don’t gamble… Don’t smoke… Here on business and have to say… Some of the best nachos around! They’re called the Tigua Nachos… just order them. Go to the salsa bar… I’m a pepperchini and red salsa guy… add to the pile and enjoy…

Not impressed… Went for the bobby bones show. Incredibly happy to support the wounded warrior project, but they got donations the venue got the bar sales and there lies my issue. Drinks not only changed prices they changed ingredients, style and presentation. The only consistency was they all tasted like water so kudos to the bar for that. Gonna go here??? One word… pregame!!! Thanks for a mediocre night.

WARNING! Printers on some machines not working right, got ripped off for $ 50 two weeks ago, just got back tonight and was ripped off for another $ 41.00 tonight. I’m a regular (well I was)… and to top it all off some of their staff is really rude. Carlos Cordero, you need to learn how to treat your customers with respect… that probably explains why you have the job you have… and by the way I asked, and you are not a supervisor, just a guy who who will never make it any farther than you have.

First time here, coming to the concert venue portion inside the casino. For starts, indoor smoking, one cool point, $ 3 domestics AND imports, one cool point, friendly and helpful staff (maybe only because i’m a handsome white man, maybe not) one cool point, ample clean restrooms, one satisfying and relieved cool point! Open 365 with live entertainment 7 days a week, one more entertained cool point. That is all.

At the newer concert venue was nearly kicked out because a drunk lady was angry about me walking in front. She talked the security guard and he walked over and said that we can’t push people and threatened to kick us out. Not sure why he took her word given the 6 20 oz cups stacked in her hand but I diffused the situation and moved to a different spot. The «gaming center» is just slots and very tame. The restaurant was a bright spot but being treated that way warrants this review.
In review before I post, I was also completely sober at the concert and not once even touched the lady. Being one of the few white people there I kind of wonder if I stood out in some way and was picked out as a result. My poor wife was up in arms when the security guard started threatening us as we had done nothing wrong. Once the concert started, everyone pushed up to the front and got moved around all over the place anyways… its a concert.

Eh. It’s a casino all right.
Smoking and non-​smoking sections. Basic slot machines. Nothing too exciting going on here. Played $ 20 and didn’t win anything lol.

Operated by the Tigua Indians, the cassino offers games, entertainment, a lounge and a restaurant. Good place to go to watch a game.
