Supercuts

Very long wait. After asking how much longer, the girls at the front said we were next but then proceeded to put others ahead of us. Wouldn’t go back or recommend. There are other places with the same service and either shorter wait or at least not misleading.

Really nice place clean good atmosphere. Really nice people listen to what I wanted and the style I liked. I will always come here for my haircut when I’m in El Paso.

the stylists here are nice, and they play alternative music, which appealed to my sensibilities. as for their actual work, they do a good job. i don’t have a fancy hairstyle, so i really can’t give a detailed review, but i was happy with the results.

I was in dire need of a quick trim at a cheap price and had been here before and it was OK but this time it was awful, the woman who cut my hair was nice but extremely agitated when I asked to get my hair washed and dried. It seemed as if i was ruining her day to have to do more than a simple cut. The cut seemed OK and I went to pay but nobody was at the front desk, eventually my hairdresser came up and said she would charge me but didn’t know how much, someone else came up and said they’re having a special where washing and styling were $ 1 and it was on a sign by the register. My stylist said that’s crazy talk and went to the back to talk to someone, when she came back she said she was charging me what’s fair…$ 45! I didn’t argue because frankly she seemed like someone you don’t want to argue with. The next day when I washed my hair I realized what a terrible job she did, it was completely uneven and choppy so I had to pay $ 40 to get it fixed at a salon where they had to drastically cut it to even it out. Do not risk getting a bad cut with a bad attitude here.

I’ve found my new haircut spot. They do a consistently good job, the price is reasonable, and the girls that work there are friendly. The only thing that sucks is they tend to get backed up on the weekends, which is why I now call ahead.

I’m a little picky when it comes to my appearance and being from SoCal I was kinda scared to try a «chain» hair place. But I really needed a cut and had no idea where to go so I thought «why not».
It was so great! I paid $ 36 I believe. My experience was with a wash, cut, and flat iron and I’ve literally paid 3xs the price in L.A. to get just as good if not better results. I got exactly the cut that I wanted and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. I have curly-​really curly hair and my flat iron looked great for days after.
My experience was walking in, got my estimated wait time, waited in the area, was assigned a stylist quickly, and it just got better from there.
My stylist was also great! She was from the area and we chatted about just about everything while I was there. She was so professional and even got a new comb when she dropped one. I know this is standard procedure but lets be honest, not a lot of cosmetologist follow it. She was also very careful with my hair and didn’t take any short cuts or yank and rip out my hair just to get her job done.

Recently remodeled with a cool salon vibe. Pedro gives a better haircut for $ 12 than anyone on the westside at any price. He was s salon owner in Juarez before coming to El Paso and really knows his cuts. He’s the guy in the photo! Highly recommended.
