Extremely unprofessional! I went to Ajayi to have a painful rotten tooth extracted. Next to the tooth that was being worked on was an artificial implant tooth. It took him what seemed to be a very long time for such a simple procedure. As he was pulling the bad tooth, I felt/heard a lot of intense cracking and I had shards of teeth in my mouth. They frantically sucked up the pieces, but missed a large sliver which I pulled out of my mouth. All was fine until I realized it was actually a piece of the neighboring artificial implant tooth which was not being worked on whatsoever. I felt the artificial tooth in my mouth, which was now jagged and sharp. I showed the staff the shard of implant tooth that they missed. They immediately began denying that they made an error, insisted it must have already been that way when I came in for my appointment, and that they had not gone«anywhere near» the freshly broken tooth(which just so happened to be directly next to the bad tooth). I canceled my follow-up appointment and rescheduled with a reputable dentist. Long story short, he shattered my implant while doing something as simple as pulling a bad tooth, then lied about it. I wish I would have taken someone with me to have been a witness to what happened.

I visited Dr. Ajayi for a wisdom tooth extraction, four to be exact, earlier this month. He was referred to me by Dr. Madison. I put off having my extractions for an entire year because I was so scared with all of the horror stories I heard about having the procedure done. I was also nervous about going under anesthesia. Dr. Ajayi called me personally a week prior to my appointment to talk to me about the procedure. I left him know that I was nervous and he eased my worries by answering all my questions and even giving me extra information I wasn’t aware of. A day before Dr. Ajayi called me to let me know about the medication I would need after the surgery and he sent it to my pharmacy of choice so that I could have it BEFORE my appointment. That was a big convenience for my fiancé. He didn’t want to leave my side and because of this he didn’t have to. We were able to get everything I was going to need prior to my appointment. When I came into the office for my appointment Dr. Ajayi greeted me and went over the procedure again, ensuring me once again that I would be okay and that they’d take great care of me… and they did. His whole staff was nice, understanding, and very patient with me. The next morning when I woke up I was told Dr. Ajayi called my fiancé to make sure I was okay and also give him/us more care instructions. He called me every two days after that to check on my healing progression, which I loved. I’d recommend Dr. Ajayi to anyone needing oral surgery/wisdom tooth extraction. He goes far and beyond in his customer service. He makes you feel comfortable and you really get a sense that he loves what he does and he cares about his patients.

I visited Dr Ajayi for a wisdom tooth extraction a month back. He was referred to by my General Dentist(general dentists don’t deal with any oral surgeries, and a separate oral surgeon needs to be consulted). When I arrived, the office seemed to be tidy and well. just plain dentist-like. Nothing out of the ordinary. He took me in, briefed me on what was going to happen, and proceeded to give me a local anesthesia. Me, already shitting bricks about what was going to happen, quickly became woozy after the shot. They figured that out when I looked like I was going to faint. They proceeded to tip my patient seat back so the blood would rush to my head. It seemed to work as I felt better a minute later. At that point, Dr. Ajayi knew I was a nervous patient and attempted to talk me through the whole procedure. A few minutes later, the procedure was done. My overall visit to the office was positive. Ajayi seemed very knowledgeable on the subject matter, and was even a nice guy to talk to. I recommend this office!
