I have been taking my dogs to Pat for well over 15 – 20 years. My favorite thing about her is she is so practical! She doesn’t encourage unnecessary procedures and she asks you about where your pet travels on a daily basis to determine immunization/​treatment requirements. I have many friends whose dogs get excessive treatments/​immunizations while their dog may never leave its own yard! Pat doesn’t rush to do a bunch of labs when a «wait and see» may more efficiently determine what’s required. I have shared the «putting down» of several of my dogs with Pat and it has always been the right thing, at the right time, in the right environment, and with a caring doctor. Pat doesn’t hesitate to send you to a specialist when a pet’s condition requires it. I would never consider bringing my pet to any one else. Finally, I’d like to say that I had a dog named Ralph who actually LOVED going to see Pat. .. hard to believe, huh? She was one of his best friends. On the day we had to put him down due to incurable cancer, he wasn’t even scared. He was happy to see his friend, Pat. That’s how he left.

My cat, Fiona, received kind, competent care from Dr. Bacchetti, who clearly knows cats from inside out. I’ve seen other vets at the same veterinary clinic and Dr. Bacchetti was the one who seemed like she knew her stuff enough to exercise good judgment rather than ordering every test in the book, which I could not afford. She probably saved Fiona’s life.
