Pizza Hut

Average Pizza Hut. Good pizza, nothing special. Sometimes dirty restaurant but it’s what you’d expect from a chain like this. Overall pretty good.

If needing a place to get sick, this is it! Don’t waste your time!

At least there open late.

Been here two or three times now and we always come away with the same impression.
The place needs help, management, service, organization are nonexistent.
Five or six workers in the back making food, boxes, getting delivery orders ready.
Only one person most of the time working the front end of the Business.
Sitting the customers, getting the menus, getting the drinks, taking the orders, delivering the orders, following up and cash you out.
It’s sad had two or three standing near the cash register, But we had to wait for the only one person (Rachel) doing it all in the front of the Business to cash us out.
We don’t have any complaints about the food it was okay but the service and the organization really really SUCKS !!!
Owners management get your head out of your ass and wake up you’ve got a gold mine here get with it.

I give this Pizza Hut the lowest rating I have ever given. 1 star. We were rushed through our meal and then watched them make a mess and didn’t clean it up. The pizza was good except the cheese needed a few more minutes in the oven. The sauce and bread were perfect light, airy, and well seasoned.

I will never return to Pizza Hut in Elizabeth City. The waitress was rude, one of their delivery drivers yelled at me to hold the f***ing door open for him — while I was seated and eating! — and on top of that our pizza was barely warm.
I will not only never go back, I will try to dissuade others that are thinking of going.

Friends and I have been several times and the pizza is good. Management is lacking quite a bit. Organization /​leadership seems to be their greatest need. A few times we have waited for the cooks for 10 minutes with an empty buffet bar and another time between 15 — 20 minutes. If they have food, you will like it. If they are running low, I wouldn’t wait for more if you don’t have a ton of time. Enjoy!
