Their food is delicious… Everything i have tried i loved the place is a little run down but the food is great… Will continue to order my favorite dish legumes…

The ‘lambi’ is amazing and the fish is excellent. ‘Soup joumou’ (butternut squash) on Sundays, bouillon on Saturdays the best! That is my spot! happy belly happy customer :-)

If not for the very limited parking and neighborhood, this would be a 5 star. The food is always on point, the portions are big and the price is reasonable. There is no printed menu so when you get there, you kind of have to know what you want already. The owner is super nice and remembers you if you are a frequent customer, like me. He does speak english well, so if you can’t order in kreyol, thats ok! Bottom line: I drive from south jersey all the way up to Elizabeth, just to score me some of this bangin food at least once a month. Go here. You won’t regret it.

Would give it five stars if they carried black rice and the neighborhood were better. But my oh, oh my is their food good. If you like authentic Haitian food and don’t have the time to go to Queens or Brooklyn, this is it. I have driven 45 minutes just to get some on many occasions. Ask for extra piklise if your into spicy.
