Skip this apartment. Take it from someone who deeply regrets living here. Management does little to nothing about complaints (or it will take them a really long time-​Months-​to do anything about it). It’s insanely noisy here, you have an elevator that runs up the middle of the building so if you’re as lucky as we were to have the back of it as our living room wall, you’ll get to hear it run nonstop all day and night. Everyone here likes to slam doors and if it’s next to your apartment your walls will shake. Don’t bother hanging anything on the wall, you’ll have to keep straightening. 80% of the day you’ll hear someone screaming in the parking lot below your window… or someone will be blasting what they think is considered music… or someone had too much to drink at the bar around the corner… or Some other kind of noise sure to drive you crazy. Forget about ever taking a nap during the day, you’ll lose that luxury. Forget cuddling up on your couch and watching a movie on a Sunday afternoon, you won’t be able to enjoy that either. Just grin and bare it and remember to fork over that $ 1000+ every month. Better yet, skip this apartment. Trust me. I know this is a big city, noise is inevitable but Here, you’ll feel like you live with a bunch of caged animals. Everyone here acts like they’re the only one who lives here. Do yourself a huge favor, don’t bother with this apartment because now you know what it’s like from someone who wishes they never moved here.
