I’ve been getting tattooed by Ceasar for eight years now and I’ve always found it to be a great experience. He has done everything from cover-​ups to flash on the wall to original pieces without a problem.
Ceasar’s shop is very clean, he is very easy to work with, and his skills as an artist are amazing. I would definitely recommend him!!!

Went to Cesar at Victorain ink yesterday to get a new tattoo. I am very satisfied with his work. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and he drew up an amazing stencil in a very short amount of time. He was very accommodating of my ideas and very patient in making any adjustments to make sure I was completely satisfied and got exactly what I wanted.
The facility was very clean. Cesar made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as he did my work. I highly recommend this shop and Cesar for whatever style of work you want. He is a very talented artist who is extremely easy to work with. You will NOT be disappointed.
