I’ve experienced much better subways at other locations in Kentucky than this one. I was just there today and received service from a staff member who was incredibly rude. I gave this Subway a second chance later on and came to discover that my food had a hair in it! I do not recommend this subway at all. There are much better subway’s in surrounding areas that provide better and more efficient service.

The wait and service were terrible. They would take multiple drive thru orders ahead of ours… It was crowded so I expected to have to wait, but then the friendliness was even lacking. In addition, they couldn’t add my subway points to my card, didn’t give me a receipt, and only had 1 person working the drive thru window and cash register. The food was consistent with other subways but I will never go back to or recommend that particular subway because of the service.
