Americas Best Value Inn

Worst experience! We would give negative stars if possible. This place runs by an Indian family in a bad part of town. We wanted to stay at Sleep Inn but it was sold out… So we went with a relatively similar price range. Our family stayed 1 night in Oct 2015… We arrived late (10pm) and found the room was FULL OF BUGS… Heck! We paid $ 70 and it was late so we killed about 200 bugs before turning off the lights. We went to get breakfast at 8:50am (breakfast runs until 9)… However, there’s NO BREAKFAST setup. The wife told us that her husband is in the shower and will call us when the breakfast is ready. We came back after awhile (no phone call) and still no breakfast despite the billboard sign advertising it. The husband was EXTREMELY RUDE. After yelling at his wife about promising us breakfast, he said they don’t do breakfast when there are not enough guests. There are some dry cereals on the counter so we got some for the kids… he said he’s doing us a favor and brought out a half-​full gallon of milk. We asked about the breakfast sign and the false information on Expedia and that’s when he got mad… He started to yell and took the milk away from the kids… making them cry!!! We couldn’t believe it! The wife and his poor young kid were watching the whole thing. She told us to leave. The husband said «go ahead and write bad reviews! No hotels run by Indians care about the review anyway!» We were shocked by how rude the guy was and very disturbed to see how the wife and his kid have to endured the guy’s temper and behavior! This hotel business is a LIAR… Won’t be surprised if it goes out is business soon (feel really bad for the kid). If there’s anything good about this hotel… It’s a working wi-​fi…
