I like coming here because it’s very convenient for me.
Service is very friendly and my food has always tasted good. The woman behind the counter was very sweet and even apologetic if she took even a moment too long and made anyone wait. I like her.
On Monday around 10pm, I ordered a 6″ turkey breast sandwich with all kinds of veggies, a (slightly thick) broccoli cheddar soup and some cookies.
Unfortunately, I got food poisoning about 5 – 7 hours after buying food from this location and am now unlikely to return after spending one terrible night in the bathroom.
Subway– please double check your food storage standards and review sanitation technique with your staff. Also, while I didn’t order any bacon on my sandwich, the appearance of the bacon on your table was not that great. The gentleman before me ordered it on his sandwich.

Great place with great service! This place is right near my work. They are quick and very nice. I would recommend to come here than any other Subway in the area.

So since i work in elk Grove village and im always at the dunkin donuts in the shell gas station. I decided to give the subway inside a shot. Definitely worth it finally for once i found a subway that dosent skimp you on the ingredients and has a really friendly staff. Ill definitely come back to this one. Its a one stop shop a dunkin donuts that dosent have watery or burnt tasting coffee and a subway that actually gives you a full sandwich.

They have some strange gray meat and the veggies look like they’ve been out for couple of days. I wished all subways have a standard of quality, unfortunately this location does not believe nor does it practice the quality expectations.
