Came here for the first time on Saturday around noon, just walked in to see if they had time and the guy at the front was super friendly. He could tell it was my first time because I didn’t seem to know where to check in. I told him I just needed a pedicure and proceeded to introduce me to Anna. I brought my own Essie polish and we got started. I usually get paraffin wax and asked if she had a pedi with wax, she let me know they use another type of organic cream to help soften the feet. Never having tried it I decided to give it a shot. Anna did an amazing job on my feet, nice massage, and the organic treatment reallllyyyy helped my feet. Overall was a nice relaxing experience, for a very decent price. $ 30 for the organic treatment which is better than the wax in my opinion now. Will definitely return, I didn’t have time to do a full set but next time I will try it out.

I decided to try this place on a limb. It was my first time here today. The reason I’m giving this place 1 star because majority of women go get pedicures not only because they want their feet looking good but so they can relax and get a nice massage, unwind and enjoy some quiet time. Well, I wasn’t able to relax nor get some quiet time to myself because of the lady who helped me. (Ann) She would not stop talking to me nor asking me personal questions about my private life and where I worked. Not only did I have on headphones so I can listen to music but every 3 minutes I kid you not, she would tap me in order to persuade me to get a manicure as well. I had already told her that I have a mani lady at a different salon that I see habitually. She kept telling me over and over how «she will do bettaa» um, excuse me? I already told you I don’t want a mani why do you keep bugging me? So annoying. Not only that one of my girlfriends stopped by to say hi because she was in the area and Ann (lady who helped me) wouldn’t even let me talk to her, she kept asking me irrelevant questions and asking me «you no work? Today’s Thursday? You off?» Like why does that matter? I find that extremely nosey and rude. I will never be coming back to this place. The sad part of all of this is I paid $ 45 for my pedi and didn’t even stay for my whole massage because of how annoyed I was.
Not only was my experience annoying but they are overly priced. After reading the reviews on here I learned to find out they offer wine to customer, I didn’t get offered wine. My review may seem overly the top and dramatic but not all customers want to tell others about their personal life, or where they work and why they aren’t at work on a weekday. I personally don’t, I like to relax, listen to my music and chill but I couldn’t. Will not be coming back.

Came in for the 1^st time today. As I walked in I was greeted by a friendly lady, I explained exactly what I wanted, showed a pic of what I had in mind… picked colors for my pedi, of course changed my mind as she already started on my foot scrub. Needless to say I’m happy with my final result on my toes. On to my hands… like I said I had something already in mind, as she started painting my nail I changed my mind again! Ended up getting matching with my toes lol… nail tech Kayla was very patient with me, kept on smiling, she took her time & did an amazing job! I made an appt for this afternoon to bring my 2 daughters in, the have kiddie pedi chairs that are adorable!!! Kayla was amazing!!!

Not friendly at all. Insisted that I wanted my nails too short and refused to make them shorter for me. She spent the whole time speaking to the technician next to her. Just not a pleasant experience. I wanted to like this place, but I didn’t.

I love this place followed Annie from Crystal Nails to Bella Vie. The place has a great ambiance and the wine is a plus.
