Not sure if this location went out of business or they are remodeling, but it appeared they were closed for good. Menus taken off the walls and the inside was torn apart.

Good food. Huge portions! Used the discount coupon that I bought on Unilocal; it paid for both of our meals including drinks and a extra side salad. The staff was very attentive and the place was clean. We’ll definitely be back!

Good value and WAY more satisfying than fast food. Definitely has a «home-made» taste in such a good way. The spaghetti reminds my husband of his grandpa’s so that is awesome! Fed a family of 5 for around $ 40. Our kids are under 10 so if you have older kids or larger appetites it will cost a little more. All of the pastas are great and love the bread! The salad is actually decent just because the beans and things come with it. Friendly staff as well, they gave us some samples of the pastas and even some fried raviolis(that werent on the menu) We got some of the baked chicken and it was moist and delicious. The bread is fantastic and they have a «day-old» counter that is even more affordable and still just as delicious(Who doesnt think day old pasta is delicious?) Next time we will have to try the lasagna. Would recommend grabbing a week-night take out dinner here if you want good food but don’t have time to cook. You can sample as well so there is not going wrong with your choice.

The ravioli is rumored to be among the best in the central valley but I find a lot of these pastas, as well as the focaccia bread, to be too oily. The Elk Grove location offers a lunch deal for less than $ 8 that includes salad, bread, a soft drink and a choice of one pasta dish. Portions are huge so this is a great deal.

This place was a big fat disappointment. We ordered 2 sandwiches which took the kid forever to make! I didn’t know anyone could go any slower making a basic cold cut sandwich, for god’s sake! The brownie was definitely homemade with a bit of extra plastic bits. I mentioned it to the owner because I didn’t want anyone else to be chopping away on plastic brownies. The owner said it was probably bits of burnt stuff from inside the oven that fell into the brownie. I could tell it wasn’t. Overall, the employees are very friendly, the food was just… ehh.

Good warm affordable pasta, used Unilocal coupon. Focaccia bread is very tasty but the chicken was on the bland and dry side. Would recommend meat ravioli and tortellinis.

Good«to go» style pasta to feed an army. This is not gourmet Italian cuisine by any means but it’s an incredible value — and in this economy that’s a huge plus. Tips: Buy their day old pastas for half off. Try their sauces with pasta you make at home for a fresher taste. Their Focaccia is a Must.

Delicious food and Wonderful customer service! I had the lasagna and the pesto pasta – great choices. The $ 20 for $ 10 voucher made this place more than desirable. Thanks again for being so awesome, Victoria!

My husband and I dropped in here while waiting for our car to get an oil change and boy we were glad that we did! Many classified this as fast food pasta. However to me it was more like restaurant«to-go» quality. The pasta is all homemade and tasted to be some of the most delicious pasta we had both ever had. I highly recommend the alfredo tortellini, it was super delicious! The pesto was also really great. After eating we ended up getting a pint to go for a really decent price. Next time we are in Elk Grove, we will defiantly be stopping in for some delicious pasta. XOXO

Delicious, great prices, and extremely filling… extremely. It’s a must to go here at least once. The bread is amazing too. Might I suggest purchasing some to go: P

My family and I always ordered from DeVinci’s in Stockton when we were visiting my grandparents as a kid. Every single time we stuck with the ravioli’s and foccacia bread. I haven’t tried it in years, and I discovered there was one in Elk Grove, so I decided to try it as an adult. I can’t attest how good the fresh ravioli’s that you can buy here and cook at home, but as far as the deli goes, it’s what you would expect of cooked pasta from a deli — obviously overcooked from sitting in the heater, almost like Chef Boyardee, except a homemade version of it. It’s not 5 star Italian food or anything, but it sure is comforting. And sopping up all the extra ravioli sauce with foccacia bread is an amazing thing. Plus, there’s currently a Unilocal deal so you can get a good amount of food for really cheap!

I have to agree with most of Unilocal reviews! This was one of the best deals I have ever paid for. No one can complain about spending 10 bucks and getting large amounts of food! First of all the service was great, the young lady was helpful and was stuffing my quart container full of pasta(also tossed in an extra piece of chicken lol)! I ordered the Meal that feed 3 – 4 people: 4 pieces of chicken, small salad, quart of choice of pasta and half of Foccacia bread for $ 19.99. Rosemary chicken was good and juicy. Cheese ravioli was OK but the dang creamy tomato sauce was to die for! Salad was no way Small! Though I’m not a big fan of ice burg lettuce, the size and the seasoned kidney and garbanzo beans made it great. Overall a great experience! I hope this Unilocal and Doodlebug deals, last longer. The company seems family based and may need some customers. So come on Elk Grovians, let’s get in there and support our local fair!!! I will be back to try stuffed zucchini!

This place is amazing. Food is consistently great; service is first-rate. We had a post-graduation dinner for 17 people last night and 17 people loved the tortellini, ravioli, both sauces, salad, bread et al.

When I went in here, a couple days ago, I thought it was pretty good. More of a 3.5 than 4 stars. But I would most likely go again. The menu confused me a bit, but when I asked the girl in the front, she helped plenty! She was very friendly. The portions were great! I got the combo#4, I think. It came with a filled plate of pasta, two chickens, a salad, and amazing bread! Totally worth the 9 dollars. The ravioli was okay, kind of plain, but very edible. The green beans were good, very buttery and bacony, as the server recommended. The bread was REALLY good, in my opinion. I bought some more and brought it home with me! Overall, it was pretty good and definitely worth the price. Yall should try it out if you want some cheap, fast food!

With the Unilocal Deal, I paid only $ 10 for a plate of ravioli, salad, a turkey sandwich, clam chowder, and zuppa toscano soup. PLUS foccacia bread. REALLY. Such a good deal! You can ask the workers for a sample of all the pastas so you can make up your mind. I liked the ravioli the best, but it would have been tastier if it was served piping hot. You can order one pasta, two pastas, three… even four! The plates comes with a huge salad and they don’t skimp on anything… cubes of ham and turkey along with lots of fresh veggies and garbanzo beans and croutons. The soups were decent, nothing spectacular. This is one of the gems in Elk Grove… no other place like it! Bonus: You can order sauce and pasta to-go for parties or just to serve at home.

Wow. Probably the best $ 10 you can spend in Elk Grove. I had them split up my 2 pastas into 4 because I want to try a variety of what they had and everything I had was good. Also they give you a huge salad with the meal, bread, and a soda. I had the meat ravioli, pesto tortellini, cheese tortellini, and another the cheese ravioli. The inside is pretty basic but functional. I went there because I read about it on Unilocal and the good reviews were correct. If you like Italian and want to spend half of what you would in a fancy restaurant and get a great portion of the food check it out.

De Vinci’s serves super fresh homestyle Italian food at reasonable prices. Our family favorite is the raviolis in meat sauce, which have a nice flavor(rosemary?) and the salad(their homemade bleu cheese dressing is a must try!). I recently tried their roast chicken which was very tender with slightly crispy skin. Oh, and I can’t forget the tortellini Alfredo(ridiculously buttery rich). I seriously can’t think of a better meal for four that you could buy in Elk Grove for under $ 20.

Amongst all the ethnic restaurants and fast food joints around the neighborhood, this was a unique find. If you’re in the mood for pizza, then you’ll have to go elsewhere, because this little deli delves deeper into some tempting pasta selections Italian style. From traditional spaghetti, to Tortellini, to Ravioli, to Lasagna, you’ll find a favorite here in meat or cheese with your choice of one of their«all natural» homemade sauces: meat, Marinara, Pesto or Alfredo. Other non pasta dishes include Rosemary & Herb baked chicken, ham, beef, deli sandwiches, salads and even stroganoff. My boyfriend and I had their Combo #1 that had a choice of pasta, salad, Foccacia(Italian bread) and a drink for $ 7.99. We chose the meat lasagna, with everything on our salads. The young lady serving us was very nice and even offered samples for us to try first. Since we wanted our food to go, she suggested that we have both of our meals placed in separate containers. Meaning, all of the lasagna was placed in one container and all the salad in another, etc. This worked out great, because she filled the containers to the max! We got a lot more food that way! Everything was delicious and really hit the spot! My only slight disappointment would be that the lasagna could have had more cheese in it. But this isn’t going to stop me from patronizing again. There’s nothing more satisfying than the perfect pasta!

After years of thinking to myself that I should stop at De Vinci’s for lunch I finally did. Of course I had to taste all of the pastas and sauces available before making a choice of what I should eat for lunch. That damn near filled me up before I even ordered. I even sampled the foccacia. I decided on tortellini with a mix of alfredo and marinara sauces. It came with a large chunk of foccacia, a fairly good sized salad, and a fountain drink for around eight dollars. Everything tasted pretty good. It was well worth the price. They also have pastas and sauces that you can cook at home. I have finally found a good fast food Italian restaurant. Hell yes; I will be going back.
