Their technicians are always friendly and they caught 1 rat, but it’s been pretty frustrating to work with them.
It’s tough to get in touch with anyone and I’ve left way more messages than actually speaking with a person. Plus, each person I talk to tells me something different about their services (and how much they will cost me).
The setup fee was much more expensive than I expected and even though I pay them a monthly fee, it’s super difficult to get in touch with them to set up an appointment. I’ve also had them no-​show me twice, which is not great when you take time off work and wait for them to show up…
Overall, their communication is poor and I’m not really sure that they did anything for our pest problem that we couldn’t have taken care of ourselves.

These guys are great. I had a severe rodent problem and we were lucky to get Rolando to take care of us. He is a true pro. Friendly, curteous and very knowledgeable in his field. He was thorough and a true pleasure to deal with. Stellar service. Thanks Rolando!

I am updating because I have spoken with the manager, Dave. He contacted me regarding my previous review and asking how he could make it better. He was very polite and professional.
He did point out that our service before the incident with Barbara was not terrible and did not deserve a one-​star rating. This is very true. It would also be unfair to rate his entire company on one person’s attitude.
They were quick to come to our home and whatever stuff they spread kept the ants at bay.
Even if they missed some areas that my husband and I saw, they did not complain and sprayed again quickly or returned to the house when contacted.
I will say that I recommend speaking to Dave directly and being sure to point out problem areas to the technician, since you are more likely to see them than someone in your home for 30 minutes.

Called this company on a referral from my sister, who had not had them out yet, but did have an appointment with them. I was happy that they did not require a contract like most companies, and I liked that there was an eco-​friendly method because I have pets and small children.
The tech showed up at 9am after giving me a 9 to 11 window, so that was impressive. He was not very informative, I actually had to bring up to him that I had been told they had an alternative method other than straight pesticide. He then told me that they did and explained they had «better results with that» method over the other. I was thinking «then why didn’t you mention it???» Anyway, I was having an ant problem in my kitchen and my master bathroom. I asked specifically (twice) that he spray the window sills, the master bathroom shower and tub and the kitchen. Well, after packing my 1 and 2 year old up and leaving for an hour and a half, I came back to find he had not sprayed in my master bath at all. There was the same trail of ants in the shower that had been there when I left, and also no odor in the bathroom from the spray. I was a little upset to say the least considering I was quite specific in my request. So I called the office, they said they would call me right back. After over 2 hours, I finally called them back. They are coming back tomorrow… we will see how round two goes!

These guys are great. Professional, courteous, on time. Really checked things out before deciding on the right treatment. Price is reasonable, and its nice because they don’t require annual contracts. Gives people more flexibility when things are tough. I’ll definitely call them again.
