Had my first laser hair removal treatment and I had the sweetest nurse ever just overall such a great experience

One day after my PRP procedure with Dr. Khattab. OMG. Can’t believe I waited so long. Dr. Is awesome and patient as I was scared. His staff his all so very friendly and helpful. The prep took 30 mins. The procedure took 2 mins! The results were instant! Two more sessions in the whole procedure. The down time was nothing, it was more painful giving the blood than the procedure itself. Amazing, just amazing. I can’t wait to see what else the Dr can do!

I recently came for a consultation and I am very pleased with my experience. I was greeted and brought back within minutes. The consultant and Doctor were both very patient with me and my millions of questions, they really showed how much they wanted me to feel comfortable. Dr. Khattab performed my lip augmentation and Halo Laser Stretch mark Removal, and I couldn’t be happier! I have been looking for so long to find someone to attempt the laser treatment on marks that have bothered me almost 10 years, and I am so glad I waited! Dr. Khattab was professional, kind and even had me laughing throughout the procedure. He was definitely the doctor for the job! The procedure itself went so smooth that I felt little to no pain at all. My lips look and feel great. After only two days I’m at work and already getting compliments on them. I was so nervous as I went in alone, but the entire staff at Elk Grove Med Spa made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. Customer service exceeded my expectations, especially the front desk staff answering all my questions over the phone. My tummy is healing so well, I’m impressed. I feel no pain at all. I can’t wait to continue the treatment and see the final results! I would love to keep this gem all to myself, but I will definitely recommend.
And.on top of all that I was able to have my consultation and procedure done on the SAME DAY! And on a SATURDAY at that! I didn’t even have to miss work at all. This place is awesome!

I received the BBL/​Halo procedure and have received many compliments on my skin since. My pores are smaller, texture is smoother/​softer, and I didn’t have any swelling or breakouts. Downtime was short — just 1 day of minor discomfort. I’m very happy with my results.

This is a 5 star facility in my opinion. They provide excellent customer service and they are realistic with you. I have had multiple cosmetic procedures and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Khattab went above and beyond the necessities for patient care and he will continue to be my cosmetic aesthetic doctor!

When I saw Dr Khattab for my follow up, he asked me if I was pleased with my filler and Botox. I basically told him what I said in my first Unilocal review. He was very caring, and wanted me to be 100% satisfied. He agreed that my lower lip could be «plumper» and asked me if I wanted a little complimentary filler injected. I said he did not have to offer me that. It’s not Dr. Khattab’s fault that my lips needed more filler. And I certainly would NOT expect to get it for free! He went above and beyond, and I sincerely appreciate his dedication to patient care, and satisfaction.

Results from a procedure I had wasn’t to my satisfaction. Of course we have high expectations. But doctor said he will do what he can to improve it some more. I’m happy with that.

Dr. Is super friendly, kind and honest. He truly cares. He has followed up with me and even answered the phone on a Sunday which I didn’t expect. I had the HALO LASER for Melasma and it worked! I have tried other lasers, prescription creams and nothing has worked as good as the HALO. I’m still waiting a month to make sure it doesn’t come back but so far so good. I highly recommend Elk Grove Medical Spa to anyone needing a pick me up :) they offer the latest procedures and they are reasonably priced. I had the HALO laser procedure done there to take care of some sun damage, fine lines, etc. I am so excited about the results in such a short period of time. Dr. Khattab is about as kind as they come and his staff is WONDERFUL! I won’t go anywhere else moving forward! Love them!

I’v had 2 procedures done with Dr. Khattab, cool sculpting and botox, I’ve been so impressed with their work! Best Botox ever, I did what the Dr. recommended and within 3 days I looked totally refreshed and I loved loved loved it. The cool sculting is still in progress but I can already see a big difference and I love it too!

I have the treatment to remove the Stretch marks, that is amazing ! The stretch marks on my belly look like a map of the world before, but after 3 times treatment, the stretch marks getting light, and the belly get firm. I can wear my bikini now :) !
