GNC

My wife and I came in yesterday. We were curious about a thermo genic and wanted to gain some information before we spent $ 80– $ 90 a bottle.
We were confronted by a curly dark haired lady in her 40’s.
She was by far the worst customer service rep my wife and I have seen. We are both in sales.
Come to think of it, she was the lady we saw scolding one of the high school kids that works there the time we came before. (In front of us) Awkward!
Right off the bat we told her we are new to this. She was just plain mean. We are asking the difference between the 4 bottles and she didn’t know or did not care to tell us. She would just say «Then pick that one» or «pick that one then». I wanted to ask more questions but she just makes you say forget it .
We looked at each other after the snarling looks she was giving us, and we knew we both wanted to leave.
We have money, she could of easily up sold us.
We went to the one on Bruceville and made our purchases. 100% better customer service over there.
We will never go back !!

So I went in here to get some product and I waited for a few because their rep was helping another customer, no problem. Another rep came up to me and asked what she could help me with. I told her what I was looking for and what I had been doing recently and that I was getting ready to take some tren, she says ‘what’s that?’ I told her what it was and she goes oh ok so what does it do. Obviously she has never heard of it which is weird because it has been huge in the fitness market. I told her what I wanted and She kinda scoffed and came at me with this condescending bitchy tone and told me I shouldn’t be doing what I was doing. Let me assure you that I have no problem being told I’m wrong, just don’t make me feel like an asshole when I am. After all I’m coming to YOU for the help, if I didn’t need help or was in a position to say I know what I’m doing I would have told you I’m fine just looking by myself. Anyway she tells me to take a vitamin pack that had this that and the other in it. I say ok well I’m actually already taking something similar and she then says ‘well I don’t know what you are looking for then’ soooooo I just left because she was completely not accommodating and an asshole. Will never buy anything from gnc again. Hello Max Muscle.

im sorry but these people suck gnc should close down already they have expensive products and dont even sell the good stuff

Overall the service was good, the sales lady helped me out with what I was looking for. Very friendly customer service, even though I didn’t purchase anything.
The downside is the selection of products. If your looking for specific products, chances are that you will find it here is a little slim, if your a hardcore GNC fan or have that free membership go to the bigger GNC. The prices aren’t all that exclusive because their so called membership price is the same as those at the competitors. If your like me and don’t like giving your information and receiving junk mail and rarely go to GNC this isn’t the shop for you.
